Done Right Pool and Spa

Although I did not end up hiring Joel’s company, there is no doubt he takes pride in his level of customer service. He made a small error, quickly rectified it and showed himself to be a man dedicated to his customers. Had I not already hired another company, I would certainly give Joel another call.

Very disappointed that Joel has not followed up on repair of my pool heater. He came out the first time in May to trouble shoot and found the problem ($ 85.00). Then said he would contact me when he found the part and could give me a price. He did not call me back. I called him and he said he could replace bad part for about $ 365 to which I agreed. Made an appointment for him to come by on last Thursday in June and no one in our home saw or heard from him again.

Joel called me back within 1.5 hours, Easy to talk to & very Polite. stay tuned on service

Joel is awesome. I hade trouble with my last pool guy who really screwed up my water. Within a week my pool is bak to normal and beautiful. This guy really knows what he is doing. The best.

Wow… I finally found a pool company that knows about maintenance of a pool.
First let me tell you …
I have been with two others company’s and both ruined my pool…
The first one tried coating the pool with the wrong material… Therefore I had to spend over $ 6000.00 to replaster.
The second company ruined the water by putting to much conditioner into the water now I have to keep the chlorine at a high level in order for Algae not to come back…
(I will be changing the water shortly)

He also had upgraded our skimmer box as well.
This piece of equipment he installed has done a wonderful job keeping everything off the top of the water and improved the vacuum that goes along the bottom…
Once I thought I had a problem with the pool and at a moments notice he came right over. All it needed was to have the filter back washed and the grids cleaned out…
All he went to work right away…

After an unprecedented freeze, we had a problem with our pool filter. Nothing was working. We called Joel, he came right out, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. The charge was very reasonable. He was totally professional, polite and very knowledgeable about the system. He even cleaned out our chlorine filter at no charge. We are definitely going to call Joel again.

Honest, reliable, and great at what they do. My pool was sparkling clean in 3 days. This is a pool service you can trust.

He’s a Christian man with Christian values that he makes sure his company and employees adhere to as well. Honest and timely, Joel has kept our pool cleaner than ever. He’s fixed some irrigation problems and always seems to come to the rescue when called upon. Very fair pricing. Doesn’t nickel and dime. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for pool service.

We would highly recommend «Done Right Pool and Spa», our pool is 8 years old and we had been told that we needed a new motor for our pool pump, the pump wasn’t going on and our pool would have been starting to turn green in just 2 days with this heat. The cost would have been anywhere between $ 500 — 1000. We called «Done Right…» to get a second opinion, he was here that same day. He replaced a part (not the pool motor) and it started working immediately. Just like the name «Done Right», and now he is our pool guy.
