I called to ask if they fixed xboxes (2:25 pm Monday) and the agent who answered the phone answered exactly:… «Helllllo?”(Rudely) hey do you fixe xboxes 360 slims? «Uh NO. «(rudely and mad) then hangs up on me without saying goodbye or sorry or thanks for calling. just HANGS UP. Obviously this was the owner or the person doesn’t answer to anyone right? I hope no one does business with this place and they lost money and a future customer because my computer is actually broken and I was about to ask about that before he hung up on me like I was lesser then him and I shouldn’t have wasted his time. Stay far FAR away from business’s like this! They treat you like dirt for probably sub par work, based on their ‘tude’. People like this should not run a business. Go to Tijuana if you want to treat your locals like that.
