Clear Pro

Had my Porsche 911 done about 6 months ago after having a front respray done to freshen up the front end of the car (paint wise) and it’s been 6 months as i said before and it still looks phenomenal! Any one I tell that there’s a clear bra on always says «no way» till they look very close they never see it. Don’t drive the car a ton, usually the weekends but I’ve been on the free way a little and it’s just a great price of mind if you have a new/​low/​cherished vehicle. CLEAR PRO IS AWESOME!

I took my new Jeep Wrangler in to Clear Pro and am extremely happy with the results and customer service. I wasn’t happy with the end result (not Clear Pro’s fault) and Kennedy offered to stay late and redo my car so I wouldn’t have to come back. I don’t live in the area, so that worked best for me. I thought I had already given a review but just noticed I never did! I had my GT-​R fully wrapped in Xpel Ultimate a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results! Lance and his team are top notch when it comes to customer service and quality work and is surprisingly hard to find these days. So if you have a nice/​new ride and want to protect that new car look then get this done as soon as possible! Waiting only increases the chances of getting that first rock chip, stain, or scratch. This stuff has already saved my car from road damage a few times. Keep up the outstanding work guys!

After purchasing my new car in October I quickly began researching the clear bra product and installers in the area. I hit review sites and car forums and read very positive stuff regarding Clear Pro.
I never had a vehicle that warranted such a product so I needed to do some intensive research. After doing so I reached out to the shop one evening and received a follow-​up within a couple of hours from Lance. I had many questions which were answered in very detailed responses and I felt very confident setting up an appointment.
Install went flawless and the team let me know if any bubbles arose they would make a mobile visit to correct any issue.

I did my homework, and I received a few recommendations from fellow club members. They did my c6 corvette base model and I received the best customer service and clear bra ever. OK, here’s the real deal: You’ve got a new car that you love, or maybe you just had an older car painted and it looks great. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT! And don’t waste any time either! You know how rotten you’re going to feel when you see that first chip on your hood or fender, right? Well then, prevent it from happening.
In February 2012 I brought my 2012 370Z from San Diego to Murietta after researching the clear bra installers in and around my own home town. Clear Pro had a stellar reputation. John, the advisor, explained in detail all the options available to me and we settled on: full hood (I HIGHLY recommend this), partial fenders, full bumper/​facia, mirrors, and even the headlights (no worries about the clear lenses getting all clouded up after a few years now!).
Lance and Kennedy did a great installation and they work fast. After the job was done I no longer worried about driving on the highways with all the trucks spilling crap on the road, what a relief. They used 3M Venture Shield for the clear bra, a highly regarded material. They have a computer controlled cutting machine that precisely cuts the material for a perfect fit, and patterns for most modern cars are available.
There’s a lot of upside to having a clear bra (compared to having no bra or one of those ridiculous leather hook-​on bras), and virtually no downside (except that you can’t get one for free, haha). No more paint chips, no more foggy headlight lenses if you get them done, when you sell the car it will have more appeal to buyers because it already has the clear bra installed so the car’s finish looks better, and it should get a higher price because of the bra, just as custom installed stereo would.
Now this is the important stuff: you want to choose an installer that stands behind their work, and who maintains the relationship after you drive away. That’s Clear Pro, and I’m speaking from experience. Because of my own screw up I scraped a part of the clear bra on the lower corner of the bumper on a curb as I was leaving a parking space. I hit it pretty hard and the material got a bit raggedy which was driving me crazy, even though you wouldn’t notice it if you weren’t specifically looking for it. Kennedy did a neat repair and now its hardly noticeable even to me. And he did it at a price that was a small fraction of what I expected. That’s what I mean when I say the guys at Clear Pro maintain the customer relationship even after the job is done.
You can bring your car to their shop in Murietta or they will come to you in San Diego if that works out better for you.
In closing, I say: Get a clear bra! Get Clear Pro to do the job!

Lance and his team (John and Kennedy) at Clear Pro are the best. They just finished putting a clear bra on my 2013 Porsche Boxster S and boy does it look great. Excellent, quality work at reasonable prices. I have used them previously on other cars (Porsches and Lexus). You can’t go wrong with them because they stand behind their work and do the job right the first time. They also use th best materials available. I’m very happy with the product and their service.

These guys are awesome and really know their stuff. I got a full clear bra and racing stripes on my MINI; couldn’t be happier. Even considering going back for a full clear wrap…
If you don’t have the time to go to Murrieta, they will come to you for a small fee. HIGHLY recommend!

I have a collection of very nice vintage motorcycles and was using a local company to cut and install 3M vinyl pieces to protect parts of the tank, front fender and rear cowl of my bikes. I was never happy with the quality of the installation, the fit, bubbling, etc. not to mention that I had to take my bikes to them one at a time and wait several hours to days have the work completed but way short of perfect. Finally, I had enough of it and decided to find a custom installer of the highest caliber and my wide but detailed search led me to Clear-​Pro and another firm. The guys from Clear-​pro returned my email pretty quickly, offered me a better material than 3M for my use (Xpel ultra), were able to come to me in a matter of days and had the best price. Not to mention their web site was quiet informational and you get to see how these guys are great at what they do which they love so much.
The Xpel ultra is a clear (non-​yellow) film which actually self heals itself from various scratches which are very common to motorcycles on their tank given the abrasion from belt buckles, knees, tank bags, etc. For white and black paint this is the only material that will work perfectly! So, I scheduled some time for Lance and kennedy to come by and do two of my bikes, one of which was to remove what another installer had done poorly a few weeks before on a black bike and the other was a silver and grey metallic bike that had no protection. They arrived on time, brought all the equipment they needed, used some space in my garage and got to work. I did not notice any hurry or rush on their part to finish and leave. Instead it was evident that these guys aim for perfection and take pride in producing a result that is very hard to distinguish from an untreated new surface. They even had suggestions as to what areas (logos) not to cover which made their work even more difficult. It is important to note that wrapping this material on some of the very tight curved parts of the bikes like the real cowl is very difficult and takes time. Cars and trucks are so much easier.
They did a great job, gave me tips on how to care for the film and promised to come back when I needed them to trim the pieces that were wrinkling around the edges after the film had dried. They were true to their word and are coming back this week to do exactly that. I was so impressed that decided to have them redo my white Tundra truck (was recently done with 3M film by another company which has a yellow tint and looks awful) and one more of my prize winning motorcycles.
