Salad bar could use a bit more options but I suggest on a weekend get here a little bit before the dinner rush. Other than that, pizza was suprisingly good, deserts were as well. I would say the cinamon rolls were the best out of all of it. Prices are good too, but the tables need to spread out a bit more I feel as if I’m cramped between tables. Worth the price and food is good.

I came for the buffet. There was one party in front of me that was finishing their order. When they finished the cashier told me she’d be right back. After waiting 20 minutes I left. Don’t leave customers waiting to pay to eat!

Oh my… our daughter-in-law really wanted a pizza buffet for her birthday lunch. We had heard of CiCi’s in the Midwest so we decided to give it a try. It was… OK. When we arrived we had to wait quite a while, 5 minutes maybe, for someone to come to the cash register to take our money. They were pleasant. Moving on to the pizza. Another reviewer described it as «blah». I thought, «That’s OK, I am not a fan of spicy or zesty pizzas, so this should be fine. It wasn’t. It was just as they said, blah. Even the dessert pizzas, which I am normally a big fan of, weren’t very good. The upside is that they have lots and lots of tables and they kept the pizzas well stocked. The pizza just isn’t that good, though.

Thank you to CiCi’s pizza who provides a great lunch at a great price! They have the best cheese bread! The manager is super helpful(don’t know his name) he let us take pics for my sons school project and gave us some coupons for his class. This is our regular Friday pizza spot!

I’ve been in twice and requested the manager contact me in regard to an error with a debt purchase made in July. The debt has never cleared my bank which means, Cici’s is owed money from me. I left a copy of the debt receipt the first time in. Someone PLEASE have the manager contact me at or I need a way to contact Cici headquarters. Going to is worthless as when you hit«contact us» there is no information or prompt to do so. HELP!!!

Pizza was sooo plain. The price is good and the food looks good but something about their pizza has no flavor ughhhh And i need flavor to taste what i am eating! I also think they should include drinks with purchase of the plain buffet.

I went here a while ago with my ex and his family. My stomach is extremely sensitive to(I don’t really know what to call it, Pathogens?), but I’m pretty sure something wasn’t right and later that day I went home with really violent food poisoning. It’s not that the place was«bad» or «revolting», It was just a bad experience and maybe next time ask how fresh it is…

I am a big fan of Cici’s Pizza since growing up with it in Texas. This location is great. Fresh pizza and good customer service. I would like to recognize Ann the manager for going the extra mile to make customers happy. Best pizza buffet in town! Free wifi and they serve beer too!

GROSS. horrible food. That’s all I can say. I don’t know how Cici’s can stay in business. Their recipe is garbage. The service was ok. Food is deplorable.

I went there a few days ago… a Asian lady was before me with a thick Asian accent. I over heard her saying she had never ordered from here before… and the register lady(older white female) didn’t seem to really care. As the Asian lady was asking about the menu, what does she(register) recommend the register lady made a face like she was bothered and replied«Idk what you like?» And the Asian lady kept quiet and studied the menu. She finally ordered and asked what sides go best with her meal to-go and again the register lady made a face looked at the menu and told her«whatever you like, I don’t really know what YOU like» it was just so rude… I mean a customer is asking for an advice. Finally the Customer gave her name and spelled it out and the register lady was making a face like she didn’t understand the language when clearly the customer was speaking English, with an accent but could clearly UNDERSTAND the alphabet!!! Any who when it was my turn to order it was not as a bad experience as the other person. I haven’t been in a CiCis in years. So I mentioned it to the register lady and she just told me «it’s a buffet you can eat all you want, if there is a pizza you want they can make it for you personally» saying all this while still giving an attitude. I was a dine in customer. Other than that experience the pizza was delicious!!!

I was so excited when I first heard about CiCis opening up in Murrieta. I had never been but I constantly saw the comercials advertising not only the amazing price for a buffet but Mac and cheese pizza. That screamed my name. We used to come here a lot. This location is clean. The employees are consistently cleaning tables and putting fresh food out on the buffet. Whats pretty awesome is that you can actually request them to make a certain pizza that they carry if you don’t see it displayed. You can ask for a certain amount of slices or for them to bring the whole pizza to your table once its done. Pretty tight! Theres also a little arcade for kids to play in this location. The pizza quality is honestly nothing special. It doesn’t taste like home made marinara, the cheese is blah, and toppings remind me of something out of a can, but for the price you really cant go wrong. You should leave here full and satisfied for not much money.

The old saying«You get what you pay for» definitely applies here… Now I wasn’t expecting anything near a mom n pop type pie, but I was expecting at least Little Ceasers type of quality… NOPE! This was no better then a store brand frozen pizza. Under cooked, very«doughy», very little sauce(except pepperoni and the BBQ one) For some reason my 2 neighbors liked it… they are almost seniors tho, so that is a big factor… its one of the reason old folks go to buffets that offer subpar food… their taste buds just isn’t as good as when they were younger… lol The mac n cheese was good(still had to season tho), pasta was cooked right and sauces were decent. Salad dressings were excellent, not diluted with milk or water like alot of cheap buffets do. The staff were great, friendly, outgoing and always on top of cleaning the area up when needed(for one person doing this, was pretty good). Overall, for $ 5.50, this was to be expected… would’ve given 2, maybe 3 stars if they had added enough sauce and cooked for a bit longer… I’ll go again, just cause my 2 neighbors want to go again… and because 1 of them pays… lol

$ 4.95 for a lunch buffet!!! Sure, why not! But, you do get what you pay for. It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had, the pasta is weird and the salad bar has funky lettuce and minimal toppings. But, you know what? I’m not expecting greatness! The customer service was great and friendly. They always had hot pizza out. Their breadsticks were pretty good. They have cinnamon rolls and dessert pizzas. It’s a great place to take the kids when you are on a budget or even when your not! The only other negative was a lot of dirty tables left around and I think they might need a couple more workers to clean up the dining room more. But, other than that, I would totally come back for the lunch buffet. And probably only during the week because I can imagine this place gets a little kid crazy on the weekends.
