YES,!! I had an excellent experience, I recently had a very intensive procedure done, and Dr. Martorell, and Mini are just the best. They made me feel so confortable, and even though, I had a terrible time with my anxiety, and my fears, they were able to calm me down, to give me support. They constantly checked with me to see how I was doing, they gave me support everytime I was able to overcome my gagging, and my fears, which made it difficult for Dr. Martorell to proceed. I would most definitely recommend Castleview Dental Care. Everyone in the office is so professional, so courteous, so nice !!!, from Reception to Financial, everyone who attended to me, the assistants, they were all very compassionate, and kept informing my family about my condition during the procedures. They are so thorough with the follow up appointments, they text you, they call you, to verify you are coming, to make sure you don’t forget. Thank you ever so much! I truly, truly appreciate your treatment and services, and I will forever recommend your office.

First I’ll start by saying the lady at the front desk was very sweet, welcoming and friendly. However the rest is a joke… Not only did no one introduce themselves including the dr, but I have never been so gouged in my life. I went in because I had a little bit of sensitivity on a top tooth. When the dentist came in to «examine» me and look at the x-​rays I was not able to understand a word he said, and when I was able to understand, I still did not understand. He proceeded to look at the x-ray’s for the bottom, I had jaw surgery years ago and have a mouth full of hardware on the bottom. He proceeded to look at one tooth that had a screw telling me that the problem was all of the «foreign material» I explained that «NO, I’ve had no work done on the top teeth, and the tooth he was looking at was on the opposite side of my mouth. when I tried to explain that, he then changed his story and began to tell me that it is some sort of «foreign plastic» causing the problem. My response was «you mean like a filling?» Oh yes yes he said, I still had NO explanation as to why my tooth was so sensitive. Then without finishing a sentence he got up and walked away. I was then told to stay there while the lady put together my treatment plan.
20 min later after I had my keys in hand ready to walk out she came running. I was told I needed. 1 Fluoride — 40.00 Lab fees 310.00 a porcelain crown (which they DO NOT recommend) 215.00 so they would only do the Zirconia crown for 325.00 and core build up 40.00. bringing the total to 930.00 and yet I still have NO idea what the problem was… I am so grateful my co pay was only 5.00. watch out people this guy is HUGE CROOK Please see the review from Sean C. dated 10/​23/​2015 seems our visits were very similar!

My son was originally a patient of the original owner of Date Dental. We liked that dentist very much. The practice was sold and we were not notified. Since we had set up the 6 month appointment in advance, once we arrived, we were told the practice sold. We felt we were being conned by not being notified of the sale of the practice. After talking to the dentist, this practice would not accept the original treatment plan with the original prices. Since the prices were only 6 months old, it didn’t make sense that the new dentist wanted to hike the prices so high. Dr. Zareh finally agreed to stay with the original prices. We stayed with this dentist and did thousands of work on my son. Also, this dentist did not do total sedation dentistry which my son needs, but we were able to get through without it. On returning to the office for a follow-​up visit, the office wanted to charge, and did not inform us of remaining charges $ 60 from the previous visit. In order to be seen, we would have to pay the past due balance of $ 60 and an additional charge of $ 60 for a follow-​up visit. These guys are crooks! Never again would we ever go back. It doesn’t matter how many times the name of this practice changes, these guys are crooks! Stay away from this dentist and his sky-​high prices!

I went to this dental office I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years! The office was beautiful I immediately thought it was going to be expensive ! The receptionist Yvette was very friendly and welcoming ! The dentist dr Martorell was very thorough and explained everything to me! I had my deep cleaning done with there hygienist Alicia it was great she is very gentle! I needed a few crowns the dentist showed me the decay on the X-​rays! I thought it was going to be super expensive because of how nice the office is, the manager Ariana explained to me how my insurance policy worked and for my copays she got me approved for monthly payments! I highly recommend castleview dental care they are so friendly, affordable and offer the top of the line dental treatment.

One word amazing! I haven’t been to the dentist in 13 years and was always so nervous about going… They are a very kind and warming office and I am so blessed I went in there. They took care of my issue immediately and I look forward to returning there for my care. They are very professional and just All around amazing staff. This will be my new family dentist.

Hahaha this place is absolutely ridiculous and will try to rip your butt off !!! They did a full examination on my teeth and they tried telling me that I needed three crowns on my back teeth! Which is really funny cause my previous dentist told me that all I need was to get a few cavitys filled. The lady in the front (Arianna) gave me a paper with the pricing of everything and it said it would cost over 4 grand to get the crowns done and that they have to use the zirconia crown which is outrages in price. I have extremely good dental Insurance and have had more serious work done and have never had to pay that much out of pocket. I will not be returning and am sticking to my old dentist !

Crooks!!! I went to this dentist after one of my fillings came out. The dentist took one look at my tooth and told me I needed a crown. I asked him if he would consider using a filling or an onlay and he said absolutely not the only solution was a crown. He was real adamant that I needed a crown and that it had to be a zirconia crown. (Zirconia = $$$)
His office manager told me that it would cost me $ 750 co-​pay for the type of crown they recommended. Half of that bill or for what was labeled «lab charges». The next day I called my insurance provider and gave them a copy of the bill and my insurance company informed me it was illegal for them to even charge me lab fees under my insurance policy! My insurance company also told me that My policy covered l a porcelain crown with the gold base for a $ 195 co-​pay. When I called the dentist office back to let them know that I wanted to do the less expensive porcelain crown that my insurance covered — these sleazebags said they would not do that kind of crown.
The Office manager told me that the crown my insurance covered was inferior because it «contained gold». My grandfather was a dentist for 50 years — he was the former president of the California dental Association — and always told me Gold was the most superior material to use for any dental reconstruction. I googled crowns yesterday on the web and even current websites state that gold crowns are superior to all other crowns — The only weakness is aesthetics — they aren’t tooth colored. So when these assholes tell me that the crown containing gold was bad for my mouth they are flat out full of shit. What they really should’ve said was they can’t charge as much money for that crown and they want to sell me the one that they can bill me up the ass for.
I canceled my appointment with this dentist because I think they’re crooks I ended up going to another dentist down the street and he looked at the same tooth and told me that it was highly likely to be able to fix it without doing a crown. He told me that there was no way anyone could actually tell me I needed a crown until they drilled into my tooth. So these guys at Castleview are fucking crooks.
They lie and just want to make money and scam you. It’s really disgusting that people who hold themselves out as Dr. s really only care about lining their pockets to make money and will jeopardize your teeth and your health for their own financial gain.

Expensive! Although all dentists are, the dr. s push the most expensive solutions to minor problems. I had a bridge and s crown. 3 thousand dollars after my delta dental insurance. They told me it was 8500 before insurance, for two crowns and a bridge. The tempoary they put in until my permanent came in, and it fell out the next day.

Let me first say I hate the dentist, the sound of the drill sends me running! I have been to my share of horrendous dentists and I had no desire to continue… maybe I would prefer my chances with just letting my teeth fall out!
I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit as everyone was really helpful, and friendly. They worked with me financially and have very competitive pricing. Skill wise, they know what they are doing. I have had a crown and fillings, as well as cleanings. I must say they were very professional and thorough throughout all procedures.
The dental hygienist, Alicia is exceptional! She is one of the main reasons I came to the office. Before I met her I did not like to show my teeth, not even when I smiled, I made sure my lips were sealed. My pearly whites are out now and it’s all because of Alicia! I can not say enough good things about her, I will remain loyal as long as she is there.
I have been a patient for several years now and am happy, with a healthy mouth. The majority of my staff are patients here due to the exceptional care provided. I Highly recommend.

It’s been about 3 ½ years since I’ve seen a dentist and 11 for my boyfriend. We both have a big fear of dentist and it was really difficult to make a decision where to go. My boyfriend back in April of 2014 had a jaw bone infection and was in extreme pain with swelling. We went to Castleview and saw Dr. Zareh. He did an incredible job making a very uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as possible. He put a bone graft as well as antibiotics in the wound to ensure a successful healing process. He was back to work in just 2 days after a very difficult surgery. We were impressed with the care of his staff and their respect for our concerns. Recently I had to have a crown done and one of my wisdom teeth taken out. I was in a lot of pain from it so I knew I could go to Dr. Zareh and be helped. The surgery of course was a success. I ended up having an allergic reaction to my medication and the healing process was much more miserable than what most people deal with. Minnie came into the office a day they were closed to check my wound and attend to my needs. Never did they not answer my calls when I needed assistance and ALWAYS very nice and understanding. I give 5 stars for the experience completely. Most people hate going to the dentist as it’s a very unpleasant thing to have to do. I don’t have insurance so my treatment was pricey but they were accommodating with that as well. Office is clean and remodeled recently so everything is new. As long as I’m in Temecula this is my go to dentist. I still have another 2 surgeries to be done and even though my finances are tight I would never go to a western dental or anywhere else. Give them a shot!
