Customer service was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived at the body shop Justin and Andy were very welcoming. During the entire time my vehicle was at the body shop Reid kept me updated on it. They were able to return it to me pretty quick! I would not trust any other body shop but them!

I can’t think of one good thing to say about our experience with this company. Customer service was AWFUL. The guy assigned to our case (Reed) continuously dropped the ball and shifted blame to any and everyone else around. We took the car in for a bumper repair after we were rear ended. They had the car for more than a month. Even though insurance covered a rental for us, the insurance company deemed the length of time needed for repair unreasonable and only paid a portion of the rental, causing us to have to come out of pocket a few hundred dollars to make up the difference. I read their Unilocal reviews after the fact (my mistake) and saw that slow repairs and customer service issues are not unusual for them. About 2 months after the car was repaired, we got rear ended again, same car, different driver. This time, we checked Unilocal 1^st. The other place (which I also reviewed) had great Unilocal reviews, finished the car in just shy of a week, for a fraction of the price. Should we need body work again, I not only know where to go, but I also know where NOT to go… Save your time, money and peace of mind. Do not bring your car to Bodyworks. They have definitely earned their bad reviews.

I, just like Jeremy F, Todd B, and Steve A, had a bad experience last year with this company. For all the same reasons they have stated; missed deadlines and trying to squeeze more money out of my insurance company while they hold your car hostage. My insurance company even told me they were famous for this type of practice. I recommend using another shop if you want fair honesty.

We have been taking our cars here for the last 14 years. Each time they exceeded our expectations in restoring the cars to an «as new» condition.
This last time it took nearly a week to repaint my rear bumper which had been scraped, but some of the fault lay with me in that I left the car on a Thursday afternoon. Had I left it on a Monday morning it would not have taken that long.
When I brought my scratched rear bumper in they handled it all: loan car pick up to repainting that bumper.
Over the years they have consistently exceeded my expectations.

One of our work vehicles was in an accident so we called Bodyworks and Justin was able to immediately help us out. The repairs were extremely affordable and they looked amazing. They were very professional and thorough in their work, I would highly recommend this company.

Like some of the other reviewers, especially Steve A, my dealings with this body shop is negative. Bodyworks kept my car for 30 days to repair a 1 and a ½ inch dent on my front left quarter panel. When I asked why it was taking so long, they blamed the insurance company. It took another 8 days after my inquiry to finish my car. There is no excuse, including the insurance company delays, that can explain 30 days to repair a small dent. In addition, I was told it took 2 days to buff and detail and another two days for quality control. When I picked up the car and raised the hood, there was over spray on the black plastic and some of the wax had not been removed from the quarter panel. This was poor quality control and poor customer service. To be fair, I took my wife’s car there for repair a while back and they repaired it in a relatively short period of time. Not sure what has changed.

My personal dealings with this body shop is negative. Body works agreed with the insurance company on a amount. The repairs never began two weeks later because body works was trying to squeeze $ 300 more from insurance. In questioning the delay they defended their position of add ons. I reported this to the insurance company which had agreed to the add ons but upon inspection the extra work requested hadn’t been completed. Body works reversed their position and agreed to the original amount. This repair which was to have been completed in 7 to 10 days ended up taking 30 days. This inconvience all over Body Works trying to get as much as possible out of insurance companies while holding our vehicles hostage.

Misses deadline after deadline when they are clear cut. do yourself a favor and don’t let one bad situation (car accident) become a worse situation (body works)
Zero integrity– Zero class– Zero professionalism.
Shouldn’t take your car or truck to someone for a couple of dings and have it come out with other problems like a incorrectly installed window that leaks water or engine check lights because they dusted up the air intake and didn’t take proper precautions.

Corrupt, Pro’s of procrastination, unprofessional, sloppy work, dirty work, unethical, poor quality and no integrity. Please save your time, money and insurance disputes with work that was not completed and more damage done to your auto by bodywork’s collision center due to faulty work. This place is a scam and the only + reviews are clearly friend’s of the owner. Do not use these people, I would not recommend, there are other options a block away that have better outcomes when they «are finished with your vehicle». My 5 year old could paint better than these jokes, I can’t even believe they tried to return the vehicle like that and bill my insurance for the redo. Nasty business!

These guys are absolutely the best in customer service! Their work they did on my Honda Civic was beautiful. Someone scraped into the side of my car backing up and the damage was way worse than it really looked from plain eyes. After going back and forth with the person’s insurance company for almost two months, I finally was able to take my car to them. I worked with one guy the entire process, Reid. (sorry if I spelt his name wrong). Reid is a great man! Made me feel confident and at peace that my car would be fixed quickly. Called me every few days to tell me what had been done with it that day and estimation of the time left. Even called me to let me know that the person’s insurance needed to come back out to look at supplemental damage before the insurance company even notified me that they needed to. Even the paint was matched perfectly (I have a burgundy car that I was worried wouldn’t be matched perfectly). The paint was blended beautifully. The work was ¹⁰⁄₁₀! My car is absolutely stunning, again! Thank you!!!

If I could give these scam artists (Body works collision center in Murrieta, Ca) less than ZERO stars I would. First of all let me say that the damage on my car was not that bad. They took over a month to fix it. (Actually have not got the car back yet). So my rental car reimbursement quit paying for the rental car 6 days ago. Actually found out that the car has been done but they are holding it hostage until they get the check from Mercury Insurance. They tried to charge me additional money out of my own pocket to fix a small scratch that they claimed the insurance would not pay for. I thought it was odd so I called and the insurance they said no they said they would pay. These place lies so much — it’s hard to keep up!!! After over 30 days of having the car they say the car needed another part. Almost $ 1,000 more!!!

Just picked up my wife’s Honda Accord from this place. I don’t like being lied too, so this is why I am writing this review. We were told the car would not be ready till the end of the day. That’s fine but when we went to pick it up we were asked to pay for it sight unseen. When the car came out we were told that it had been washed. You could see that it had not been washed. We were told it was washed early this morning which makes no sense as we were told it wouldn’t be ready till late that afternoon. I. E. The lie. Michele who was our contact was rude and very defensive. When i asked for the owner she handed me a card and said there is the office number. That is not how you get return business. Doug you are supposedly the owner please contact me.

Someone hit my car and scraped the side of the passenger door while it was parked. I didn’t want to claim it on my insurance because I wasn’t even in the car. I claimed it on the insurance of the person that hit my car and took it to this shop since they work on most of dch honda’s cars. There was a lot of back and forth with me and the other parties’ insurance so body works helped me out and started talking to the insurance company to help me out. A lot of back and forth with their insurance company and I got my car back and it looks great. Claudine and the other staff members from body works went the extra mile for me and even helped me get a rental car if I needed it. If there was a way to give more than a 5-​star review, I would because no auto body shop would have taken those extra steps for their customer like they have.

Body Works did some minor paint work on my 2014 Honda. Each time I either talked to them or dealt with primarily Michelle, I was very pleased with both their customer service and the work they performed. Excellent paint work and prompt service. I’d go there again.

Since there are two listings for Body Works Collision Center (different spellings), I am placing the review that I wrote a few months ago on the Bodyworks listing. «This is our 4^th visit for damage done to both of our cars. By far this is the best place we could have chosen, each repair was done perfectly, in fact they won’t let the car leave until it meets their high standards. They may take more time, but they do it RIGHT! I would rather them take a few days longer and give me back a car that looks like new and drives like new. This latest repair took longer, but it was Toyota’s fault, not Bodyworks. Be assured we would not have returned had the cars not been repaired correctly. Thanks Body Works!»

I bought in a 2006 Civic to have repainted. They did a great job. I would say that it looks better than new. After I had it back for a month I noticed a couple of things I wanted fixed and they took care of it. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that I had asked that a torn door seal be replaced. They replaced the seal on another door that wasn’t torn and I still have the bad one. It may have been my fault, but it was so obvious. I would still go back and plan to when I need work done.

I took my brand new 2013 Honda Civic to get my hood replaced with a new hood because I got hit. Body Works Collision has exceeded my expectactions, I got my car as soon as they were finished and it was well professionally repaired. It looked like my car was when I first got it at the dealership. I highly recommend going here. Body Works Collision is a Honda certified collision center. Also they have a cute Bulldog as a mascot. Thank you Body Works Collision.

I recently had my 1986 Mercedes Benz 300sdl painted at bodyworks. The care and attention they put into the bodywork also extended to keeping me informed on the status of the car as it was being repaired. I am giving this car to my son as his first car and safety and quality were my main concerns. The car was clean, detailed and problem free when I got it back. Even though I moved to Irvine recently, I will make the drive to Murrieta next time I get into an accident or need paint or bodywork.
I am also very grateful for the peace of mind they gave me through the entire process. All I had to do was drop off the car, they took care of everything.

I cannot believe that this business is not on Unilocal yet. This will be kind of a long review but trust me, you’ll want to read it all. This will be me and my familys body shop forever. I stumbled upon this place in March of 2011 when my hubby was rear-​ended and had to shop around for estimates. They were so friendly and helpful. Dropped everything they were doing to make an estimate for him. They were incredibly thorough and really took the time to look over everything. He went to a few other places but customer service here is just above and beyond. Example: Faith Auto Body who the insurance company recommeded, after looking at the car for 2 seconds and blowing him off told him that the only damage was to the license plate frame, and provided an estimate for only $ 25!!! It was obvious the paint was cracking on the bumper and that it was out of place so to say it was just the license plate was ridiculous. So we took it to body works. After a THOROUGH look over they quoted almost $ 1,000 paint, brackets, etc were all necessary. Thank GOD we didn’t trust that other place that nothing was wrong and let the other person off the hook because our bumper would have never been fixed. They repaired his car quickly, and perfectly and handled everything for him. They did all the calling to the insurance companies, rental car company, paper work etc, he didn’t have to do anything! Their repair timeline was very acurate and he had his car back fast better than ever. Again in March of 2012 I was rear ended. Again, same excellent customer service, efficiency and helpfullness, they handled everything. A few months later, my hubby was in an accident, (this time at fault) and he went straight to body works. They bent over backwards to work with our budget and timeline, even threw in some extras like a new coat gloss and some rock chip repairs along with what we paid for. They even put it on the priority repair list to get it done as soon as possible since hubs didn’t have rental car coverage since it was his fault. The car came out looking better than before the accident! Again, amazing customer service, handled everything quickly, delt with all the insurance BS and made the pain and stress of an accident much more bearable. I chose to write this review now, because A) it’s long overdue with how happy I am with them and B) I was rear-​ended again, just 2 weeks ago (I know, it’s kind of ridiculous I seem to be a magnet) but after a week of the other persons insurance company not returning my calls, I had hubby bring the car into body works for an estimate this morning. Again, they dropped everything to help, wrote up an estimate and sent it over to the insurance right away to get the ball rolling. Within minutes I had a call from enterprise to set up my rental, and suddenly the insurance adjuster is calling me. They will get things moving for you! The insurance company will try to BS you but they know they can’t BS the body shop! They also treat every repair, which we’ve had from $ 500-​$ 4,000 all with the same care and importance. The office staff is so friendly and efficient and they are above all, one thing you don’t find often in a body shop… HONEST. They will tell you exactly what you need and don’t need. I will never do business with anyone else. I feel like after 4 amazing experiences this place deserves the review, and 5 stars! Thank you Body works!!!

My vehicle was in this shop for over a month due to insurance hiccups, but when I went to pick it up, the windshield wipers were not put back properly. My quarter panel and bumper are not on the seam. The bumper is sticking out and they have yet to tell me how or even when it will be repaired. ALSO, my lug locks to my wheels was stolen, misplaced or otherwise, not put back into my glove box where whoever took the wheels off got it from. Claudine who works in the office, try to tell me that they didn’t take my wheels off… LIE! How do you put new wheel wells, a bumper and quarter panel on a car that had front-​end damage without taking the tires and wheels off? They sent new wheel locks after several phone calls and still have yet to pay for them to be replaced, IF they fit my wheels. The owner, DOUG has never returned one phone call of email to me. I wouldn’t take a go cart to this body shop to get repaired. Very deceitful and liars. They got paid over $ 4,000 to repair my car and gave me nothing but headaches, but I’m not going away.
