Two stars and that’s being generous. I absolutely hate coming in here because the customer service leaves much to be desired. Typically unresponsive or incapable of responding to surges in the number of customers. I only go here to deposit directly for our own customer and I dread it every time… not to mention most banks in the area service until 6pm and they close their doors immediately at 5pm. I don’t know how others are in the area, but Wells Fargo is at least a little better across the street. Simply put, they have some work to do in order to step their game up.

Made sure I bookmarked this place because their customer service is very disappointing and reminds me why I do not have a BOA account anymore. I came here to deposit a check for someone and the lines were sooo long and there were only two cash tellers working. This place never fails to disappoint me and makes sure I wait in line for over 10minutes no matter what time of the day it is. They truly don’t appreciate their customers and even other locations I’ve had the same experience.

Customer service is non existent. Based on exceptions and favors. How come a manager can make an exception of accepting a check? Either go down the street to the one neat Stater Bros. Better yet, go across the street and get yourself an account with Wells Fargo, you will be much appreciated there.

I have never been so impressed with the experience I get going to a bank. I’m always greeted. The staff is very cheerful and accommodating. It’s feels good to go do business where you’re treated like you’re worth it.

This BoA is always friendly, and quick! The line is always long when I go in during my lunch hour, but I seem to getthrough the line pretty darn quickly!
Its conveniently located near my work, and probably the only BoA I visit!
