Most insurances accepted and filed for you and care is always made affordable through payment plans, family plans and Care Credit. Our office enjoys high levels of patient satisfaction because we listen, offer hope and explain everything in advance.

History

Established in 2008.

Dr. Garner has completed extensive post-​graduate study emphasizing the treatment & rehabilitation of whiplash injuries, sports injuries, headaches, neck & back pain. A firm believer in the basic worth of every individual & the incredible healing power of the body, Dr. Garner is a true doctor for the people. Chris & his wife Shelby, both natives of South Carolina, have three small boys & reside in Socastee. He opened his chiropractic wellness practice in Murrells Inlet in January 2008.

Dr. Christopher D. Garner, D.C. is a graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill (B.S. in Biology) & Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic while graduating with honors & distinction. Upon completing his internship at Mussachio Chiropractic in Charlotte, He served at Popwell-​Scota Spine Center in Greenville & Carolina Chiropractic Plus in Shelby, NC where he was Associate Clinic Director. He has provided over 50,000 adjustments while serving over 4,000 patients.

Dr. Garner is an active member in many professional & social organizations including the SC Chiropractic Assn, World Chiropractic Alliance, Christian Chiropractors Assn, the Wellness Council for Coastal SC, Ocean View Baptist Church, Rotary Club of Murrells Inlet President, Masonic Lodge #368 & Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
