Established in 1995.
Customer Theater and Audio was founded by Allen Ryals in 1995 with the dream of delivering high performance audio and video experiences to his customers. Ryals grew up in the Grand Strand and is an avid music fan who has studied audio recording and worked in live sound engineering. He is currently certified by The Imaging Science Foundation (ISF), The Home Acoustics Alliance (HAA), CEDIA Level 1, and CEDIA Advanced Networking.
John Sciacca joined Custom Theater and Audio in 1998, moving to Myrtle Beach from northern California. John loves movies and has a state-of-the-art theater in his own home. He is a columnist, reviewer and feature writer for Sound + Vision and Residential Systems magazines and writes extensively about the custom installation and electronics industry which allows him to keep up with the most cutting edge trends of the technology industry! John is certified by THX (audio and video) and ISF.
