By far the BEST Mexican food we’ve had here. From Dahlonega to Gainesville this has been the best.
We sampled the Verde Enchiladas on Flour tortillas (as opposed to corn), the chimichanga and the steak Mexicano. Everything was fantastic. Slightly spicy and very flavorful.

Tried Dos Tierra’s last night and was pleasantly surprised! The portions were very generous, the service was spot on and quick and the food was tasty! Drinks were refilled often, which is very important to my husband who suffers from a hole in the bottom of his glass! Lol!
I got their Tacos a la Mexicana and couldn’t even finish them there was so much steak loaded into them. My girls split a combo with a burrito and a taco… I’ve never seen that much rice and bean given with a combo before… although not sure if that’s a good thing for the bottom line!!! The hubs had fajitas and it was a very healthy portion, as well. Overall, I liked it. I’ll go back for sure!

Family owned and operated — the family lives right here in Hall County. All of the artwork was hand painted by the family — great talent between them! Very personable and friendly, and the food is pretty good, to boot!

If you are looking for fancy furnishings, you will probably not be that impressed. But if you desire some really good Mexican food, this a great little restaurant.

I am afraid this is yet another restaurant that is doomed to fail in this location. The food was abysmal. Ordered relatively simple food which took much longer than usual. No big deal as they were new and busy. Looks like it is a family ran establishment as there were some rather young ladies/​girls manning the register and hostess position. None of them seemed to know much but that happens sometimes in new establishments. I ordered some beef nachos to go and a friend had another dish. The nachos had almost no cheese and the beef had no taste, seemed a bit watery and were ground to nearly a powder. Usually you get a nice size bag of chips with an order but the bag was about the size of a medium order of fries. I don’t recommend this restaurant at this time. Could get better later on but not with that quality of food and service.
