Smoot Center for Oral Surgery

I toggled between three stars and four, but decided to be an optimist. Dr Smoot is a great oral surgeon. He made me feel at ease and the whole thing was relatively quick and painless. the only reason i wanted to give them three stars, is i dont care for the receptionist. My first visit, i walk in and she was on a personal phone call. she continued her phone call for almost two minutes before saying «all right, i have to go.» I have since got an infection after my removal and calling and having to speak to her was a little frustrating. asking me if it was dry socket or infection-​umm how would i know? i’m not a professional? Now the latest and greatest was her complete relunctancy and non-​help when my flex company wanted a detail receipt. I think its a shame that she is the face of the company and gives such lack luster service, when everyone else is absolutely fantastic. To sum it up, i would reccomend them– but be wary of the receptionist.
