Had a great experience and got the car I wanted. I told them what kind of car I wanted and they obtained it for me within the week. The price was great and everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I’m sure that many other people have had great experiences here. They have been in business for a long time. I can only assume that those who have « Unilocaled» about a bad experience were in the minority. Thanks again!

These ass holes are a complete waste of your time. I was already pre approved for a loan and looking for a car and a trade in. They wanted my time by lying to me saying they were going to do an estimate on my car and give me an offer then pushed me out the door. Danny ways trying to sell me a car that had cigarette smoke damage, damaged interior, and a scratched exterior for 11,000 claiming they were 10,000 in. Well I had seen that car in other places for 7,900 and it was the luxury edition I told him that straight up. But I was still willing to pay a little more for the car cause it was lower on miles. When I wasn’t willing to pay for the car he lied to me and said they would call me back. Complete waste of an hour and a half of my time and they’re dishonest to boot do NOT buy a car from these leeches.

For anyone who likes that backdoor, diddle action, give ‘em a shot! If the salesman leave you disappointed, the management sure won’t! Get on down and enjoy an ol’ fashion ankle grabbing!

Completely dishonest people who do not know how to run a business or take care of customers. I bought a car from them and then the following day I took it to a mechanic to have the tires aligned because they refused to do it. Well, as soon as they were starting the alignment, they said that the brake system was completely damaged because someone had recently poured ENGINE OIL in the BRAKE FLUID line. It was obviously their mechanics who don’t know how to handle cars. This destroys the brake lines and it all needed to be replaced — about $ 3,000 in damage. Well, I went back to the dealership and asked DANNY about it because DARWIN had told me that the brakes worked great and had been checked by a mechanic. Well, when I went, DANNY told me it was too late and that I couldn’t return the car or anything and that it was my problem and not theirs. At the end of it all, the only way they would take the car back was if they kept the $ 1,000 that I put down. Completely dishonest and total jerks. Before they decided that stealing my $ 1,000 was the only way they’d take my car back, Danny told me if I left the car there they would have it towed since it wasn’t their car and that they would do whatever they needed to in order to force me into fulfilling the deal. He said the owner Sam would rather stick it to disgruntled customers, even if it means that he loses money on a deal. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. PLEASE LISTEN — THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. At the end of the day, they only care about selling cars and know nothing about customer service.

Owned the car 9 days and the transmission broke down. The dealership actually implied that I had done something to it! They offered to fix it for $ 2500! Refuse to take any accountability telling me that the car was fine before I bought it. The customer service is AWFUL! They lie and will cheat you out of your money. Do NOT trust them! It’s time car dealers get integrity and do their jobs with pride rather than take advantage of hard working people. Do NOT buy a car from them! Many requests for phone calls to be returned they NEVER returned our call. We had to contact them EVERY time! Shows guilt on their behalf for selling bad cars.
