DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Framptons in Holladay (4720 S Holladay Blvd). Roberts claimed they cleaned the peacoats I dropped off. I called to request a refund because they clearly had not been cleaned. At first they indicated they would pay in full. Three months later they are now claiming that the store did clean my coats and they would only pay in part. They do not clean your items and they do not have integrity in correcting their mistakes. I took my coats to Framptons after receiving such poor service at Roberts, and they did an excellent job!

I have been using this place for my dry cleaning for about 3 years and have very satisfied with the appearance and speed at which they perform. The only criticism I have is that there have been a couple of times when I have had a button missing and they are hit or miss on replacing them, but in all very satisfied.

For me dry cleaning is hit and miss in the area. Mr. Roberts is located on 45th South. The service is all drive up. You pull up in your car and someone comes out and takes your clothes and information and you drive away. Service is usually next day and for the most part they do a good job.
I have had a tuxedo shirt ruined by Mr. Roberts because the girl working didn’t understand that I wanted it dry cleaned. Instead she laundered it and it came back a lovely pink color. I’m still trying to get store credit out of them. They outsource most of the dry cleaning to another company and do very little of it on site.
As I have learned you must be very clear and specific with your instructions otherwise they make some foolish assumptions.
