I have to say the store manager at this location, Kit, was awesome.
Immediately when I walked in the door and saw a vest I liked, he was there to help me and advise me on correct sizes. He helped with a couple shirts as well, again making sure I got the right sizes (I would have gotten larges, but his knowledge of the products got me into mediums, which fit better).
He also got me signed up for the Eddie Bauer Friends card which saved me another 25% off my purchases.
I’ve only shopped in Eddie Bauer a few times as the closest store to me is 4 hours away, but I’ll try to get there when I’m in town now. Awesome service and as mentioned in another review, I like that they have more than just the normal even sizes in their clothing lines (pants).

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and all around make a great customer experience. While Eddie Bauer clothes are a bit and sometimes very expensive, I usually find a lot of clothes there that I like and that fit well. I love the fact that they have odd sizes and not just the typical 30, 32, 34, 36 etc. sizes. The store is clean and flows really well.
