Walked in needing change. After a long wait with know one in line in front of me, I stepped up to the teller and made my request for change. The first words out of the tellers mouth was«Do you have an account?» I stated no I use a military account and I just need change. She stated«No account I can’t help you.» Because of customer service like this, I won’t be banking with Chase.

Love this location. Vaughn is always professional and provides great customer service. he’s been my banker for 5 or so years now. From the manager to the tellers, they are great! Keep up the great work
