Why are their burgers so addicting? Please lower the price so I can gain more weight! Also they have the best priced and most excellent ice cream anywhere :)

We really like this location and I love the cheese burgers. The German chocolate shake is really good. The patties on the burgers are just the right size. The fries are crisp and tasty. Quick drive through.

Braums Hates You. Braums wants you to go someplace else. This may sound like a peculiar business model and it is so let’s try and figure his out. Since this location opened nothing ever seemed to go right. But aside from that let me explain why Braums hates you and would rather you not come at all. 2 young Hispanic girls who were«serving» me were having a conversation laughing and chatting in Spanish the subject of which I was the topic. What they were saying is not something I can repeat but they didn’t like me. Sadly, my lighter skin tone doesn’t mean I don’t understand Spanish. Conclusion: we make fun of you and hope you don’t come back Last night I stood in line for a shake for myself and my daughter. Really wanted some French fries to go with it and I asked for them. Braums plan? Pay here then go stand in another line and order them and pay separate. The operational excellence they have isn’t just great, it’s designed to send you the message that your presence is merely interrupting the employees otherwise time to relax and make fun of you. Conclusion: Braums hates you and pressing the button on the register for .99 French fries it’s a technical impossibility. Just kidding, they just hate you Order a shake, it’s ¾ full. Conclusion: Braums hates you and hopes this subtle little jab sends that message. Clearly the ongoing messed up orders, bad attitudes etc are just the sauce of the main issue(provided they don’t forget the sauce like everything else). The main issue is(say it together with me) Braums hates you and doesn’t want you to ever come back and will keep finding ways to show you that in any way they can short of flipping you off and telling you which I’d almost prefer. Braums, why do you hate us?

I am writing to update. It was a huge mess as prior explained and want to tell you they have changed. It is so much better with their cleaning of the place. Had friends stop in and tell me the same, it is fine. No one is perfect, I just want a place to take my kids too that I don’t have to look at the seats to make sure they are clean. They are doing tons better!

Worst braums I have EVER been to. I have been several times since it I opened. The Icecream is ALWAYS melted, and they NEVER get your order right and the ice cream cones always break. I’d recommend going to the one off 78 or in plano. Really sad that this braums doesn’t have it together, yes it may be new but all the more reason the experience and product should be better. The customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Hopefully new management will come in and fix it soon or business is doomed.

We went to Braum’s only because it was newly opened and really close to where we stay. It was extremely crowded and noisy so honestly we didn’t(or couldn’t) buy anything the first time. We went in again later in the day and managed to get burgers and fries since we realized that the long line was for ice cream and not for food. It was pretty good for the price. We went in again the next day to get ice cream, it was still crowded and noisy. I got a pralines and cream single scoop cone. I could barely hear myself shouting and gesturing over the counter because it was so noisy. We didn’t get a table to sit at so we decided to take our ice creams to the car. It was the ice cream that made me write this review. It was really creamy and there were lots of delicious praline bits. I think the warmth outside made the cool ice cream taste even better. My husband loved his sundae too. And did I mention we got 2 sundaes and a single scoop cone for a little over 5 dollars? Judging by their ice cream, that’s a pretty good bargain I’d say. No wonder it’s so crowded.

Excellent ice cream! They were on sale this week! The milk is excellent. Better price than the grocery store and hormone free :)
