Truly, Less than one star.
They take pictures for the schools and can not take pictures of people wearing glasses. Ordered school photo prints and requested touch up, paid the touch up fee and the glasses still have a glare in which you can not even see the child’s eyes behind the glasses.
This is the second year. First year they indicated we would have to pay for the order a second time and add the touch up fee to get a new order because we didn’t request touch up the first time. Who knew glasses alone needed a touch up.
Well we paid for touch up this year and they are just as bad.
I can take much better pictures with a plain smart phone. These pictures are terrible!!!
