Established in 1994.

Barbara Savage, early in her massage career, realized the importance of independent practitioners as opposed to employees. Independence as a therapist gives you the freedom to realize and grow your massage career in a multitude of directions, and that with an alliance of others, that growth is unlimited.

Barbara began Synergy in the spring of 1994 in downtown Murfreesboro. Synergy is an alliance. It means to work together as one, and that is what we do. We are a co-​op of holistic healers working together to insure our clients have a full spectrum of modalities to gain health in a way that works for them.

In 2008, Synergy moved to its new location of over 5,000 feet. Our growth, of both clients and therapists, has been phenomenal. We are excited about our new building and the many new services we are now able to offer.
