History

Established in 2004.

The owner Jonathan W. Anderson was originally a licensed appraiser in the Chicago area in 2001. The next year 2002, he came to Tennessee and worked under a well-​known Appraisal firm for 2 years. In 2004, he established himself as a Certified Residential Appraiser and started Sticks & Stones Appraisal Service. He has evolved his services to Murfreesboro covering many areas of Middle TN.

Business Owner

Jonathan was born in Northern Illinois, although he was raised in Illinois, he never lived in once place to long being that his father was a preacher. He developed a passion about learning things about the differences in area. He graduated from Newark High School and went on to be a radio host for a morning show in Illinois. After the radio station shut down, Jonathan was approached by a local Appraisal Firm where he then was introduced to the appraisal business in 2000. He worked under that firm until 2002 when he transferred to TN. He earned is certified Residential Appraiser license in 2004 and has Owned/​Operated Sticks & Stones Appraisal Service Since.
