We have over 30 years experience teaching martial arts. With two locations, we offer the area’s ONLY structured after school program, giving parents an option for half days, snow days, and holiday care too! Stevens Family TKD offers programs for all fitness levels and every one over three years of age. From Little Warriors program for toddlers to Traditional TaeKwonDo for ages six and above to Yoga for even the least flexible of persons, we have something for everyone. One price gives our students access to all of our programs, including Cardio Kickboxing and our newest program, Krav Maga. Come by for a trial week of classes, and join us with or with out a contract for a truly fun way to exercise every day. Here you become part of our family.

History

Established in 2002.

Begun in the attic of St. Rose Catholic Church, Stevens Family TaeKwonDo has grown exponentially since its first years above a church. After a few moves around the city, we found a home at 440 Rice Street. In 2009 Stevens Family added a second location at 805 Commercial Court to accommodate our growing After School Program, which houses our kids programs in addition to our Krav Maga and Tumbling classes.

Mr. Stevens has trained in martial arts since he was 17 years old, traveling across the United States and to Russia to compete in TaeKwonDo. He turned his passion into his job when he opened Stevens Family TaeKwonDo, where he still teaches TaeKwonDo and Krav Maga daily. Mr. Stevens currently holds a 6^th degree black belt and has trained many National Jacket winners since opening his school.
