Established in 2010.

Service professionals with outstanding customer feedback started the business in 2010. Using their skill and experience, they were able to assist customers in finding the parts they needed at a price they could afford. We have expanded to larger warehouse with a customer storefront and have been able to provide a greater selection of replacement parts and tools.

Manager

Jake enjoys helping people. He was a terrific service professional with an impeccable record. During the growth of Pandora’s OEM, he has spoken to customers all over the world and has assisted personally in helping them find the right parts at the right price. His balance of work and family keeps him focused on what matters most. He has a genuine interest in the customer and their experience. This is a company, Made in America, and he’s living proof the American dream is alive and well. Every person he hires has been local. People in his own community coming together to make Pandora’s OEM better. When you call our Customer Service, you’re talking to someone in our store. When you email our Customer Service, you’re emailing someone in our store. Again, it’s the genuine interest in helping people, customers around the globe, or people right in our own backyard, that drives him to come in everyday and make his life, their lives, and our customer’s lives better.
