Rip off!!! I am tired of companies, like this gym, mistreating customers. We paid off our contract in full and canceled the auto renewal about 3 months prior to the contract ending. We are now getting bills and harassing calls from a collection agency stating we owe Olympus. We have tried to call several times and were told we would be contacted by the owner — Sean. We have yet to be contacted. I understand the auto renew thing. Many companies have it; however, other companies offer the simple service of actually providing a number where you can and cancel, and they provide a confirmation number. I hate these unethical tactics and threats made to consumers. Any small business that works this way and treats customers with such disrespect and disregard should be out of business! I DO NOT recommend!!!

By far a MUST go-​to gym if you’re in the fitness industry in any way. This is the home of Flex Lewis before he moved to Florida, and the current home of Brandon Curry and a bunch of other monsters. Tons of equipment, a smoothie bar and lots of friendly staff make this the best gym in Murphreesboro. It’s $ 10 for a guest fee if you’re just stopping in for the day. And well worth it.

After signing a cancellation request, they continued to bill. I called several times requesting this be fixed, and it was never resolved. I was told that I could FAX a request by a «manager» and it was still not resolved. I filed complaints with the BBB, and they «stand by their decision» to send the account to collections.
Very unprofessional company. As far as a gym, it’s OK, but it’s not worth the hassle in the event you ever need any service or to cancel. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

This place needs to be reported to the BBB. A family member of mine tried to cancel with a letter and she still got billed and brought to collections. Olympus told her she needs to sign a cancel form in person so she did that. Months later collections are still coming after her. This gym does everything in its power to keep billing people even after they cancel by email and by signing a cancellation form. A month later I spoke with the owner Sean barber in person to straighten this thing out. He said he would make things right but never did. He said «this is a family business, we don’t do things like that» but yet he couldn’t look me in the eyes while saying that. I hope I can save some people the hassle this crap hole has caused us. Olympus constantly told us we need to straighten it out with the collection agency and the collection agency kept telling us we need to straighten it out with Olympus. No body would take responsibility. There is no telling how many other people Olympus is taking advantage of.
Sean gave me his number and said to call if I needed anything but won’t even answer my calls. Voice mails were left and still no call back.

I used to love coming here 2 years ago when I moved away, but when I moved back, I’ve realized a few things have changed, new equipment, a barber shop, and dressing rooms in the women’s locker room. I used to love going here and I like how you are freely to work out with loud screaming when lifting weights and not having to tone down your voice because everyone is basically in their own world.
The reason I gave it 2 stars is because since I started going back, I’ve had always had problems with the guy working the station during the graveyard shifts. Obviously he and his lingering group of friends at the juice bar likes to judge you when you come through the door. It has been a constant thing with him when there are people at the juice bar, but when he’s alone he seems OK since he doesn’t have an audience as his back drop.
Every time I walk in I feel like I’m always being silently judged. I don’t care if it’s from the other patrons, but if it’s by a staff member who feels the need to feel like he’s the dominant alpha in the clique is too cliché. A complete downgrade from how it used to be 2 years ago.

ITS $ 15 PER MONTH! There is nothing cheaper than that… for anything! This gym has group exercise classes (yoga, zumba, pilates, circuit abs, and kickboxing). They also have free child care, unlimited tanning, and free personal training. They have a parking lot so no worries about parking. They have a good range in fitness equipment like treadmills, ellipticals, free weights and a bunch of stuff that I don’t know how to use! Lastly, they are open 24 hours during week night and they have great hours during the weekends! They also have a sauna and massage therapy!
How are they in business?! Its so cheap and they offer everything! I think it would be fair for them to raise the rate to at least $ 30/​month (you can’t do better than this).
