Hostess showed us to a dirty table with lettuce and the remnants of the last person’s meal on both seats in the booth. Moved to another table, waited 25 minutes with no waitress. Got up and asked the hostess if she could send someone, waited five more minutes and left. 5 tables and and 6 wait staff present. Utter fail…

We just got done eating lunch at this O’Charleys. The experience overall was not very good unfortunately.
First of all, our glasses were really dirty. We ordered prosecco, and not only was the glass only filled half-​way (should be ¾) but the prosecco was completely flat. Not a bubble to be found.
We let the manager know the glasses were dirty and he did not seem concerned. He was polite and said sorry but that was it.
Our fried pickles were really mushy, just not cooked long enough. The cornmeal was soggy, but the flavor was good.
Lastly, our server was very nice (and said he remembered us even though we had never been in there before!) but forgot to put our meal in. So we waited a really long time to eat. He admitted it, which we appreciate the honesty but just added to the whole dining experience not being good.

Went to this O Charlie for supper, got seated quickly, waitress came and took our drink order, we ordered an appetizers all came in a timely manner. After that it all went down hill. Our waitress was great, and she was covering for the kitchen. Waited an hour for our food after the appetizers. We were just about to ask for our check when the food came out. High marks for the waitress, but kitchen staff needs work. Seen what I guess was the manager walking around never stopped and explain or show concern about the wait time. We watched two tables get up and leave. Work on the kitchen area.

We’ve always had a good meal and nice experience every time. I’m surprised by the bad reviews of this place, and wanted to express a different opinion. The food is always good and the prices are very reasonable. We also enjoy their curbside to go service frequently, it is is a great alternative to fast food on busy nights. They are also a supporter of local high school sports, they help feed a lot of our athletes, we appreciate all they do in support of our community.

Kevin hands down gave me the best bar experience I’ve ever had. My drink never once came anywhere close to empty and he made me feel comfortable and really enjoyed my company. We have ordered take out from this restaurant many times in the past. We average takeout for our family of 4 about once a week or once every other week.
A month ago my wife and I ordered California chicken salads. There was so little food in the to go box I finished mine in 6 – 7 bites. We complained and received 2 replacement salads.
Tonight we ordered 2 more salads. And again the portion size was so small it didn’t break the top of the divider in the to go box.
This place consistently cheats customers on portion size.
Tonight my wife and I will be making some sandwiches to supplement our $ 10 ripoff salads.
1 star for portion size. 1 star for taste.

I ordered to go pickup and was given a 15 minute estimate. I pulled in the lot around 10 minutes later. I waited about four minutes and then the server brought my order out to me. So the wait time was really good. Once I was back home, we started getting everything out of the bag. One of the salads had ranch dressing, but the other salad didn’t have any dressing. That kind of sucked, but I didn’t let it bug me. For entrées, I ordered two ribeye steaks cooked medium. The steak was in between medium well well done. After a few minutes my friend said «This ribeye is dry and tastes different. I looked at their steak and immediately knew that was a sirloin, not ribeye. What bothered me was the fact that I’d given the server a $ 5 tip and he had left out the salad dressing, packed a sirloin instead of a ribeye, and overcooked both.

We each ordered 9 oz sirloin steaks served like we ordered medium rare. Excellent food. Excellent service. I can promise we will be back! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All I can say is try OCharley’s for your self.

Horrible service! I don’t recommend anyone coming to this place. I looked at the reviews and was like um… I don’t think this is going to be good service. My man said oh that’s anywhere. Besides, how can she possibly mess up our easy orders?
Well, he ate his words… Lol
Our waitress messed up his drink order, didn’t fill up our drinks, and didn’t come by to check up on us. DO NOT COME HERE if you expect everything to go smooth.

If you read recent reviews they are pretty much bang on. This is the Denny’s of the south. Right smack down the middle of the road. Service is OK — on the slow side — seems like everyone is always ‘new’ here. Its ok.

Right down the middle of the road. Quality of service varies greatly (I once waited 10 minutes to have a card run!) Quality of food varies as well. Over all, prices are good enough that I will continue to eat here on occasion.
Also a plus, they do offer a kid’s steak, which few steak houses in the area do. Since my daughter likes her steaks, this is a big deal. Well, a big deal for her.
2/​17/​2013 – went there again, as my daughter wanted a steak for dinner. The server, Brent, was excellent. Just goes to show that this place really does run the gamut.

Although I’ve been there before and enjoyed the food, they deserve a review because I had lunch there with family last week and the service was great! The manager was very attentive and kept coming over to our table to check on us. We had two people in our party who eat gluten free and he was nice enough to explain the whole cooking process of what they ordered and even offered to take them back to the kitchen to see their setup. The entrée was cedar planked salmon, and he even gave them a cedar plank to take home so they could make the same meal. I’ll be back not only for the food, but for the service!
