Established in 2005.

My name is Michael Jarrett and I started The Mike Way in 2005 to help many of my friends who where frustrated with the kind of service they were receiving with appliance repair technicians and the high cost of repairs. After a few years I left my current job and went into business full time to better serve my customers. I service most makes and models of appliances and attend to training classes 3 times a year to keep up to date on the models to better serve my customers.

My background is mechanical with minor in carpentry … I grew up helping my dad who was a master mechanic and welder working on all kinds of things from old cars to appliance mixers, and electric motors. My father in law taught me carpentry so I have experience in the building trade as well.

I got most of my experience from working hands on for one of the largest rent to own companies in the United States. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves and furniture repairs as well. I consider myself a handy man when it comes to fixing things. I started The Mike Way as a way to help friends and family members with their appliance problems and grew it into the business that I run today.
