The Michael’s Homes Team includes an in-house Architectural Designer who will modify an existing floor plan or combine elements from several plans to create a functional and stylish unique home. We also utilize the most user-friendly, web-based software to give the client access to current updates in all areas of the build with just a click.

Michael «Mike» McCann is the founder and contractor for Michael’s Homes, LLC. Mike and his partner, Mitchell Bowman, started the Murfreesboro-based company in 2001. With a combination of more than 45 years experience in the home building/real estate industry, this duo has created a successful company built to last. Mike closely monitors the construction of each home in order to maintain the Michael’s Homes’ standard of quality workmanship. Mike and Mitchell compliment each other’s personalities and work almost seamlessly together to make each client’s dream home a reality.
