Murfreesboro dentist, Dr. Peete Lewis offers general and cosmetic dentistry in a relaxed and friendly setting. Some services include oral exams, teeth whitening, dental implant, root canal therapy, crowns, veneers and more. Dr. Lewis understands that many people don’t see the dentist due to dental anxiety. For this reason he offers Nitrous Oxide and oral conscious sedation to his patients. He also is proud to be one of the few dentists in the area to have message dental chairs, and takes Saturday dental appointments for his patient’s optimal comfort and convenience.

Dr. Peete Lewis new he wanted to be a dentist after being in need of sudden dental help and having a positive experience. He thought that if he could offer the same type of help he received, that he could bring dental relief to a lot of people.

Dr. Peete Lewis has been practicing advanced preventive and restorative dentistry in Middle Tennessee since 2007. He strives to help patients achieve excellent oral health through exceptional care and personalized patient education. Recognizing that oral health can affect other parts of the body, Dr. Lewis evaluates and treats each patient to promote healthy teeth and overall good health.

Dr. Lewis received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Better Business Bureau and the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce.

To stay abreast of new trends in dental care and cutting edge technology, Dr. Lewis continues to pursue extensive post-​doctoral training. This post-​doctoral work has included training in oral conscious sedation, implantology, and cosmetic dentistry.
