This is a scary Kroger. There is always something sketchy going on in the parking lot. It is very small inside and doesn’t always carry the same food as other Krogers. I wouldn’t recommend going there ESPECIALLY at night.

I saw the bad reviews for this Kroger location but I don’t have any issues when I shop here. I go in and get what I want and get out. I have had no issues with parking or customer service. They have the items that I want and that is all that matters to me.

I’m a devoted long term Kroger shopper. We just moved to the area and this is unfortunately the closest Kroger to us. I’ve overlooked several issues but feel that I can’t any longer. 1st there are NEVERANY buggies/carts inside at the entrance where they belong– they are always outside our inside at the EXIT. 2nd– every single employee we’ve had to interact with had been very rude. They literally asked my children«what they needed» when all they wanted was a free cookie from the bakery — which every other store has always participated in! Also, on another day, I let my kids purchase their own candy bars in the self checkout with their own money so it took a bit for 2 items. The store wasn’t busy yet they were irritated and asked us what the problem was! Lastly, I called in 2 rxs on the 19th and now on the 28th they proceed to tell me that I didn’t speak with anyone yet somehow 1 of the rxs is filled! I left and then called and supposedly spoke with a manager who didn’t apologize or offer any explanations. I was simple told they would be ready in 15 minutes. What type of customer service is this place offering?! I will make the drive to Church St if need be.
