I took my laptop to Joe’s for diagnosis and repair. The front office area smelled like an ashtray and was dirty. Three people sat at a counter, and each ignored me for what seemed like a long time. One appeared to be reading a comic book. Finally I was able to explain my problem, while another employee brought a tower computer cabinet out the front door and dusted it with compressed air, right beside my just-​washed car. Meanwhile the person who had checked out my laptop went to the back of the store while I continued to wait. Finally I decided to listen to my gut instinct, picked up my computer and left.

I actually got Joe to give me a job. :) I didnt stay of course as I was just having fun being around people whom like the same things I do. They have great customer service and are one of the best computer shops in the area. When I have an issue I can trust them to help me and or point me in the right direction. Highly recommend for any and all computer needs ie Desktops and laptops–
