Gritton & Gritton, PLLC has been representing injured persons in Rutherford County and the Middle Tennessee area for many years. Helping people understand their rights and navigating the difficult insurance business is our specialty. We handle cases involving auto collisions, tractor-​trailer collisions, wrongful death cases, slip and fall injuries, product liability cases, and may other types of cases involving serious injuries.

Business Owner

Rob Gritton has been handling cases involving serious injuries for over 20 years. Although previously representing large insurance companies in defending injury claims, Mr. Gritton now only represents people who have been injured as the result of the negligence of another. Mr. Gritton has tried numerous lawsuits in State and Federal Court.

Mr. Gritton is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he studied Economics and Finance and the University of Georgia Law School where he graduated with honors and was a member of the Georgia Law Review Editorial Staff. He has been licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. He is licensed to practice in the Federal trial and appellate Courts in Tennessee and South Carolina.

Mr. Gritton is also a cyclist.
