History

Established in 2014.

I retired from the Internal Revenue Service after 30+ years of service. More than 24 years of service in IRS Collections. Positions held were: CSR (1 year); Lead Examiner (6 months); Manager (23 years); Department Manager (1 year). After 3 years of retirement, I decided to secure my Enrolled Agent license & represent individuals/​businesses with professional service by utilizing my years of IRS experience. I took & passed the extensive EA Exams (3) and secured my Enrolled Agent license.

Business Owner

While working for the Internal Revenue Service, I managed a team of 15 employees for 21 years. The following year, I worked as a Department Manager and was responsible for managing 5 Managers with their team of 15 employees. I approved or denied installment agreements (repayment of delinquent federal tax), headed task teams to improve work efficiency, instructed new hire Managers and front-​line employees, interviewed potential employees for telephone work and Management positions, developed the local disaster emergency program for our call site, recommend performance awards and promotion opportunities and took assumed responsibility for suicide calls, complaint calls and intervention with CPAs, Accountants and Registered Agents. My first six years were in a multi-​functional capacity. This was a compilation of Customer Service and Collections services combined into one position.
