Horrible restaurant. Food came out on a plate so dirty that I should have called the Health Department. Server seemed miffed that I expected my food served on something that had been washed. Brought me the same burger(cold) 10 minutes later on a clean plate. Manager didn’t seem to care. Then they tried to charge me for two burgers. Don’t eat here. There are at least a dozen other restaurants in this shopping center, and all of them are better.

We decided to eat here because of my long lasting and deep love of the Chili’s chain. I have been eating and loving their chips and salsa for so long! When we walked in I immediately noticed how new and great the interior was of this version. Over the years most of the stores can get a little dated so I really like how this one looked. We got seated quickly and our server came a little slow but nothing that was upsetting. We ordered fajitas and when it came out it was sizzling and hot! The onions seemed not cooked very well like someone had just decided to throw them on at the last minute. Our server never came back to ask us how our food was until we finished which I thought was poor and that is the reason for the the Four Star Rating.

No stars. The manager was rude and out of line to my friend, and the waitress was not much better. Talk about a power trip. He completely ruined our night. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant. We were frequent customers at this location, but our experience tonight was so bad that I am sad to say I will never return to this establishment again.

Great customer service. Called in advance on a Friday night to make reservations and it was a piece of cake. Saved me the 10 min wait at the door. Food portions seem small at first but they are actually the right size to get you feeling satisfied but not like you overate.

The worst service and food cold. Never again. They were more concerned about people at the bar, getting drunk and spraying water(out of the bar service fountains) on them, than customer service. The A-1 steak sauce bottle was terribly nasty, with A-1 dried up all down the sides of it. Definitely not cleaned or at least wiped off in a while. Salt and pepper shakers was the same. Big thumbs down. Will not return.

We had such a nice waitress, I’m surprised we didn’t leave with her telephone number or address to stay penpals. I mean, she wasn’t that annoying type that bugs you, but when she heard we were traveling she gave some good advice for the next leg our our journey. She was also really helpful demoing the new tablet devices they have at the tables. The food was great too!

I was worried that with the new tablet things at each table there would be less interaction with the actual servers. But I must say the customer service was just as good as it has always been! Plus it is nice to be able to pay your bill whenever you are ready.

Chili’s is the first place I’ve seen in the Boro with the tablets at your table. Cool concept but of course it costs to play games(.99 though so not breaking the bank). It was very busy the night we went so the wait was about 20 minutes. There is hardly any room to wait in the lobby itself and they do not utilize a microphone or paging system, just a host calling out people’s names. Service was pretty good, I’ve always appreciated that you get two servers for your table. Our main server, Stephen, was pretty attentive and helpful with menu suggestions. My boyfriend and I both got the fajitas on the 2 for $ 20 menu. Our appetizer was the cheese fries and they never disappoint! The chicken and pork fajitas were okay. My main complaint is the fact we were sitting at a smaller two top table and once we got our food there was no room at all to move anything. We had two plates, the plates of fajitas, two separate stands for the«fixings», our drinks plus the tablet I mentioned previously. I feel it could have been organized a little bit better but it is what it is. Overall it was a decent experience, you are able to pay at the table using the tablet so we didn’t have to wait for the servers to get back around to us. It’s not a restaurant I would go out of my way to visit but it’s much better than its sister location on Broad street.

New dish: Bacon Jack Grilled Chicken Chili’s offers a variety of food and was the perfect place for our dinner party of sixteen with picky palates. Everyone in our group found something they liked on the menu with many choices. Our waitress was nice and the service was good. I order the Monterey Chicken on many of my visits so I was very excited about their new special dish. It was Bacon Jack Grilled Chicken topped with bacon, mushrooms, and avocado. It came with rice and steamed broccoli. Everything was delicious!

My husband and I wanted a late dinner a few weeks ago. I was fearful of this given the late hour and having seen such movies as «Waiting». My husband persisted and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. Our server was pleasant and our meal was excellent.
