Go to for lunch many days of the week. Their staff is courteous and the overall experience is pleasurable. Food is fresh, wait is minimal and facilities are clean.

I don’t know why we continue to come here. It is the closest BK to us, & we kept justifying the terrible service with«maybe it’s an off day.» Every single time we’ve been there we’ve been disappointed. They’re always out of something. They never get the order right, and they aren’t even friendly or apologetic. Today they charged us for our Orange Freezes just so we could get to the window to be told they were out. Had to wait 5 minutes for the refund. Finally pulled off and checked the bag: no onion rings. walked in, told them and they said«are you sure?» So mad at this point I just grabbed em and left got back in the car and we’ve been given«buffalo sauce» instead of onion ring sauce. I give up on this place.

This is the slowest fast food restauraunt I’ve ever been to. A couple of times I’ve made the mistake of giving them another chance because I work nearby and I always regret it. I’m not sure they ever have got my order right, but by the time I get my order I’m so mad from waiting that I leave anyways. One time after waiting for at least 10 minutes before getting to the order speaker I decided to leave and go to Popeye’s across the street. After getting my order from popeyes and leaving I noticed that the same cars were still at the drive-threw window at burger king. They desperately need new management and staff.

If you’re hungry pass this place by. Went there last week and finally after waiting for 20 minutes I got a refund and went elsewhere. The manager was so busy blaming the other manager that was off for her problems she couldn’t help out the crew that was buried with orders. Seems like this is a trend.

Painfully slow and unfriendly service. The onion rings were cold and had more fries mixed in than onion rings. To top it off, my wife found a hair in her chicken sandwich. On our first visit, our chicken parmesan sandwiches had barbeque sauce instead of marina. I gave them a second chance and they blew it. I won’t be going back.

Very disapionted because the store is new. Idid not expect such concerns. First off the cleanliness, restroom floor is so slick, i presume from using the same mop for kitchen as the restrooms. The dinning room is filthy. Crumbs and stickyness on almost every table. The manager came out on her cell and wiped 5 tables with the same towel no spray disinfectant or eaven water. secondly food safty practice not upheld the line cook did not wash hands before starting order didnt use gloves or tongs to handle foods. Loaded fryer with raw food and went strait to handeling cooked product. Just not acceptable. Thirdly, inappropriate use of cell phone behind the line by employees aswell as in the dinning room by the manager. I am realy dismayed by the lack of effort put in to maintaining this location. They need alot of work. Oh and p. s. The entire time i was here there where 6 worker including the manager and only 5 customers including my self in the dinnig area.
