Brow Art 23

I’ve been a regular for over a year and the last three times I’ve gone, they took off too much. So done.

I went back 2÷11÷14 because I was in a bind. There was a different woman there than last time. She was doing someone’s eyebrows when I walked in. She looked up at me and did not smile, greet, or speak one word. I sat on the couch for about 10 minutes while waiting my turn. She still never acknowledged my presence at all. I just decided to leave. Why put money in the pockets of somebody who treats you like you’re invisible? I decided to take my business elsewhere permanently. As I was walking out, she still never said anything. Another bad experience.

2 people I know recommended this place to me. I thought, hey, why not? First time I tried going there, I waited, with another girl for at least 15 minutes. No body was in there. The girl said they were good and she was a repeat customer, so again I felt good and decided to try again today.
When I first walked in, there was a girl sitting in the chair talking on the phone. I went to sit down but she got up and pointed at my eyebrows like asking if that’s what I wanted done without actually asking me. So I go with her to the chair. I try telling her what I want, the whole time she is on the phone almost like telling me to shut up. And she is not speaking English either, so maybe she is bad talking me. I don’t know. I should have left then, seeing as if she was still talking on the phone and when I told her what I wanted she couldn’t have been listening to me. She eventually got off the phone, about halfway through.
I don’t like my eyebrows, they are too thin and I looked surprised. And they are slightly uneven. She did take time to pluck extras, which I thought was good about her paying attention to detail, but these are not what I wanted. At all.
Also, she put the thread in her mouth. Broke the thread with her teeth. This cannot be hygienic at all. I noticed this about halfway through or I would have just left then. Very disgusting.
Im very disappointed and I really hope my eyebrows grow out fast, and I don’t get any rash or infection for the spit thread.
Very disappointed. Do not recommend this place. At all. Be careful if you go here.

They always make my brows look great! Definitely recommend to people that want something that lasts longer than waxing & looks a lot better! Only $ 11
