I was quoted $ 105+necessary parts costs to have a toilet installed. I was charged $ 221.50, with $ 190 of that being labor. Said labor time was 90 minutes, making the plumber’s rate $ 126.60 per hour! The quote was a per-job rate and I was charged a (ridiculous) per-hour rate. Completely dishonest.
