Ann Hoke joined Keller Williams in 2005 with almost no experience in real estate. Two years later, Ann began developing a team under the Ann Hoke & Associates banner. Since that time, her team has average annual growth of 39% per year. Last year, Ann Hoke & Associates closed 184 transactions and more than $ 35 million in volume. She was recognized by the Nashville Business Journal and Keller Williams Realty as one of the Top 10 agents in Nashville and the Southeast.

Ann’s success is built upon a foundation that combined her talents as a merchandiser/​decorator, savvy negotiator and people person. AHA’s rapid growth in Middle Tennessee is attributed in part to strong branding and its proprietary StagingMagic program, but most importantly — outstanding customer service.
