When Little Joey’s first opened, it was great. I said, finally a pizza place in Lake County that makes a top quality thin crust pizza. However, they changed over time and now are back to being just so-​so. Their crust is way too soft and doughy. It always tastes like it isn’t fully cooked. But, after repeated tries, it was always the same. They need to make their crust a bit thinner and crisper. In addition, the toppings are not as good as they used to be, in particular, the sausage and sauce. But, they could improve by 2 stars if they just improved their crust.
