I finally found my go-​to nail spa, after trying so many other local places. Nicest staff, great services. I called to request an appointment for the morning of day before Mother’s Day and they were booked, so he actually offered to open an hour early for me! Now I’m a regular. They also created a custom gel color by layering them, because there wasn’t one that matched exactly what I wanted.

Went here to get acrylics. I like them very long, and this place does it just how I like. But the reason for the 2 stars is because it takes about 2 hours just for a full set of acrylics. Also, they file down the top layer of your nail SO much it’s unhealthy. I usually wait for my nails to fall off, but these were on there so good after they grown out so much it just didn’t look good. 3 of my nails broke and the middle and started to bleed in the centers of my nail beds. Would recommend going if it’s a 1 time thing, but since I continuously get acrylics, my already thin nail beds can’t handle it.

I used to get my acrylics done at a different nail salon but recently they’ve been rushed and messing them up. I went to icare for the first time and was amazed! They take their time with every nail to make sure they look perfect and they’re always friendly. This is my go-​to nail salon

I LOVE this place!!! Not only are they completely affordable but they are all meticulous and friendly. We have been here several times and have been completely happy every time. We have had a full set acrylic, no chip mani, pedicures & eyebrow waxing done. The shop is clean and a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done. I would also suggest tipping them well. They work hard and deserve it.

I stopped in to get my shellac taken off and regular polish on. Everyone was very nice and they all talked to me. Andrew did my nails and he was great. He took his time and did an excellent job making sure my nails looked perfect!

Best mani and pedi ever! I have been many places and am used to sub-​par service, so when I decided to look for a new place I saw the great reviews. It’s far from my house, I drove from wadsworth, but so glad I did! The services were not rushed and the detail to work was clear! I’m very happy! I’ll definitely be back!

A friend took me here for a mani/​pedi and I was very impressed with this place! Killer foot rubs, clean and sanity space, and my plain old manicure did not start to come off until about 3 weeks later! Staff is very sweet and I will definitely be back!

I use to really love this place. Went for my mani/​pedis all the time. I went in to go get a fill, my nail tech filed down one of my nails to the point that it started bleeding. She told me that it was fine and she continued to put the acrylic on it. I was a little hesitant but she does nails for a living so of course I thought she knew what she was talking about. Fast forward about a week later… my finger is throbbing, I go to another salon to have the nail taken off and my nail is brown and yellow. I went to the doc to get it checked out and my nail is infected and will probably fall off in the next couple of days. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is something for the company just to think about and maybe do a little more training for their workers.

I’m new to the area and after searching for a new nail salon for a month I decided to give iCare a try based on Unilocal reviews. Not only did they do the BEST job I’ve ever had, they are very friendly and welcoming. Rena did my nails (acrylic with no chip polish) and really took her time making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. For $ 35 (cheapest I’ve found in Lake county) you honestly get more than what you pay for. I’m so glad I found this place and won’t be going anywhere else!

Amazing «mom vacation». They did a great job with my pedi which let me tell you WAS LONG OVER DUE! Did great on my No Chip manicure as well, which includes paraffin wax for your hands after. Total was $ 50.

Omg. This place is AMAZING. They have the loveliest owners who just took over in March and they’re just the sweetest. There’s twin males with their wives & cousins etc. I’ve been going for months & yesterday I got color change with ombré tips– they look phenomenal! I highly recommend & I haven’t gone anywhere since. (I did try to cheat once because I found a cheaper place but you get what you pay;) I’d give them 11 stars if I could.

I used to go here when it was another owner. In the mean time I have tried three other places. Today I went back and am so happy I did! The service was incredible (even though they were busy and some of the staff was still on vacation). Rina and Kellie (sp?) were so attentive and kind! They took the time to give me the nails and design that I wanted!

I loved our experience at Icare. I took my MIL-​to-​be there for some girl time and we had a blast. All the staff is so kind and hard working. They’re all family and you can tell they get along. But besides the nice atmosphere my very neglected feet look like angel feet now and my French tip came out perfect. They took their time, we didn’t feel rushed at all. Definitely going back!!!
