Stoops Automotive Group was founded in 1988 by brothers, Jeffrey and Randy Stoops. They purchased the Buick dealership franchise of Muncie. In June 1991, they opened the current location that exists today; which provides new Buick-​GMC sales, pre-​owned vehicle sales, service & tire center, parts & collision repair center.

Randy Stoops is proud of his family owned & operated full service dealership. He knows the importance of taking care of the community, his staff, and customers. The relationships that he has built with the community through the years have added to his stability and success. Muncie is a fantastic place to live and do business in. Randy is proud to be a part of a community that has always supported the business and staff of Stoops. The entire dealership staff constantly strives to discover new ways to support and show their commitment to Muncie and surrounding communities. The customer-​oriented team focused on integrity, pride, and quality doesn’t go unnoticed. Randy attributes much of the success of the local dealership to his employees and recognizes their dedication to customer service. He believes, the customers want to do business with Stoops because he has 80 – 90 employees who all have the same vision.
