Premier Orthopaedic Associates is an orthopedic practice in South Jersey with office in Vineland, Elmer and Mullica Hill, New Jersey. Our services include orthopedics, spine care, pain management, sports medicine, workers compensation injuries and hand surgery. Thomas A. Dwyer, MD, started Premier Orthopaedic Associates in 1998 with just one office. Since then, he and his partners have added a new physician every year. His partners, Fred McAlpin, III, DO, John B. Catalano, MD, Richard C. DiVerniero, MD and Rahul V. Shah, MD, look forward to serving the community of South Jersey with the highest quality orthopedic, spine care and pain management available.
