Scheduled and received my holiday cleaning with Grand Slam! Because we are new to the area, it was important to find a local service that is reliable and trustworthy. After speaking with several locals who use Grand Slam, we were happy to give them a call. I’ve tried the corporate cleaning services and have also had a single cleaning lady in the past at our home out of state. I was only ever happy with the personal and detailed services of my cleaning woman. The corporate experience was rushed, not thorough and I was left unhappy and in a position to clean my house again.
I was left feeling confident in our new choice (grand slam) especially after speaking with the owner. The owner was professional, friendly and listened to my very detailed list of needs.
Friday morning, I realized I had left an envelope of cash on my kitchen counter! I was of course worried about it since I was expecting the ladies to arrive at 10 am. At 10:15, I got a call that the cash was moved to a kitchen cabinet for its safe keeping! Wow. Very impressed at the professionalism.
After I arrived home from work on Friday, I was extremely happy with the services provided by Grand Slam! Everything was clean, organized and exactly how I had asked for my new home to be cleaned! Professional, courteous and experts in their field. Call Grand Slam for a wonderful experience.

Grand Slam Cleaning has gotten a lot of positive feedback through word of mouth in my area. I have hired them to regularly clean my home and always am pleased by the attention to detail they provide and the cleaning crew is always friendly.
The only downside is the response time on emails and phone calls. It’s difficult to get in touch with someone immediately but messages are usually returned same day.
