Mukwonago Athletic Club (MAC) is the place to go for a holistic approach to your health and fitness needs. Our facility has 40,000 sq. ft., which approx. 10,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to strength training equipment and approx. 5,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to cardio equipment. We also have 3 racquetball courts, and two 1200+ sq. ft. class rooms used for group aerobic classes. There is even a workout room dedicated to just women. We also offer child care and tanning!

Looking for a workout and a whole lot of fun? Check out our Zumba® classes as well as our Studio Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing and many more. Come join the party! We also boast our own in-​house massage therapists and an in-​house physical therapy clinic (Mukwonago Family Rehab Center).

We provide some of the best certified personal trainers in the area and we tailor to your fitness goals to your needs and your lifestyle.

Established in 1999.

The Mukwonago Athletic Club (MAC) is a full service state of the art facility built in 1999. We are located at 727 County Road NN East in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide a clean, safe environment in which our members can achieve their personal fitness goals. Our staff is always helpful and courteous and our instructors and personal trainers are certified fitness professionals. We are committed to providing the highest quality service and to go above and beyond our members expectations.
