We are gardeners. We do all outdoor related things.

When we step on your property we are assessing soil types, insects, plant types, diseases…

We can also do fixes and install’s of irrigation, hardscapes, structures, etc.

Licensed, bonded, and insured.

We prefer our maintenance to progress as the grass grows. Two of us will show up, one person will mow the lawn, the other will edge and/​or weed your garden beds. We bill monthly. We work all year round, rarely have you sign a contract, and you will notice a lower bill in the winter when plants are more dormant.

Established in 2003.

We are a licensed, bonded, and insured sole proprietorship moving toward LLC or S-​Corp.

Owner, David B. Grimes, holds 2 degrees in horticulture. We currently have 3 staff working on properties who have specific landscaping experience and we get mostly the same people from background checked employment agency’s in the area when we need more labor.

We are members and frequenters of several landscape industry clubs and seminars.

Meet the Business Owner

David G.

Business Owner

Mr. Grimes has experience working at landscape and nursery companies in 3 different states, East & West coast, with over 25 years experience in the field including occasional self-​employment. He has owned his own landscaping/​gardening business since 2003 where he has acted in all facets of the business; as advertiser, estimator, laborer, foreman, accountant, etc.

David has worked with 100’s of personal clients, currently serving ~40 continual maintenance clients and has a great understanding of the «grass roots» levels of the industry.

knowledge of pesticides, herbicides, moss (carries WSDA Pesticide/​SPI License), and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principals. Residential design projects include designing, installing, and maintaining.
