I brought in 3 props on a Monday and expected to get one back on Thursday (simple fix) and 2 back within 1.5 weeks (require welding). I got all 3 back on Wednesday, ahead of schedule! Minus one star because price was ~20% higher than typical, but service was great!

What can I say? I’ve been going to this place for years. Every time the service is excellent and there isn’t a straighter place to deal with. They go out of the way, gives decent prices on work and the warranty is the best there is. Have to be crazy to go someplace else.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. Even though they’re out of state, dealing with them is incredibly easy! I shipped them my broken prop, they repaired it and shipped it back. They didn’t try to up sell me or anything! When I decided to get a back up prop (I tend to ding mine up a bit at the river), I looked around to get the best deal and, again, The Prop Shop came through for me with the best deal out there.
