I have ordered here a handful of times. It’s on my way to a monthly appointment. The young man, Alex I think, has made me 2 good smoothies and he has decent customer service. The others that have helped me do not. I explain what I want and they don’t get it right. If you are going to get an item on the menu, it is probably ok but don’t expect the best.

Pretty upset with the service. No customer service skills… okay whatever but then I get my smootie and it’s ¾ full on their smallest size. Like fill it up if I’m paying 5 bucks.

I love the large Berry Blast smoothies here. A true benefit to the Mukilteo area. Nothing like it around. The employees are a hit and miss, but the products and the quality are generally excellent.

I go to emerald smoothies all the time and order pretty much the same smoothie. Not only did the worker not even say one word to us as we walked in or ever. He made the worst smoothie I have ever had. It was as if it had already melted. I don’t even know how that is possible. And had very little flavor to it. The guy also gave his «buddies» right before us a free smoothie. Who hired that guy? Do not go to this location! I want my 6 dollars back!

I have been to this location once. Overall the staff are nice but I believe that the drinks are a bit expensive verses what you can get at say a Orange Julius at the mall. But you can be assured that what you do get in a smoothie is well made and only made with the most natural ingredients without the chemicals and artificial additives. I got the tropical smoothie which had banana and strawberries and it tasted really good compared to some of the other smoothies that you would get at other fast food places elsewhere. The place is pretty clean and you can sit either inside or outside the location to enjoy your drink. They also sell other nutrient and protein bars and powders on the side.

I really really like this place. Looks like they’re completely remolded since I was last in. They have a great selection of healthy smoothies whether you are looking to bulk up, keep it low-​calorie, or re-​energize after a work out, they have it! There is also a great selection of protein powders, supplements and vitamins as well. Not the cheapest smoothies but they sure do taste great!

I had an interview in Mukilteo one afternoon. I needed a bathroom break very badly. The bathroom in the gas station near by was out of order. Therefore, I went in here and grabbed a serving (small cup) of their coconut pineapple smoothie.
The bathroom is clean. It’s very nice. I really enjoyed the smoothie. However, the calories were really high in the smoothie! It was 600ish calories in a small cup. Staff was friendly. Service was a little bit slow. Fortunately, I was still 5 minutes early to my interview.

ECS is a great place to stop when you dont have time for a meal or need a little energy for the gym or an event. They have a TON of different smoothies catering to different purposes like meal supplements, energy, weight gain, weight loss, etc.
They are always fast with your smoothie and the kids that work there are always nice and pleasant.
If you ever stop by, get the PB&J. Its like drinking a PB&J sammich!

They make your drink super fast and it’s very filling! The prices are a bit higher than the norm but a lot more nutritious so it’s well worth it. There are all kinds of add ins, which are great especially after a workout! I prefer this place over Jamba Juice anyday! The menu is full of all kinds of flavors and mixes, and is pretty straight forward and tells you the sugar /​carb /​protein content in each drink. I’m a huge fan!!! =)

I love this place. The smoothies are thick and delicious. I prefer the Blueberry Blast or Raspberry Dream. When I go there around 10:30am there is never a wait. The smoothies are a little pricey, but worth it for the taste and health factor. They are very filling, and can easily be used as a meal replacement.

Went here for a Berry Blast after hitting the gym. First off — there was a long wait here. There was one person working the register, taking orders and then making smoothies! So there was an obvious line and long wait. So, Emerald City — ya’ll need to hire more people! We almost considered splitting after waiting in line for 10min! If you guys want to be more successful shell out the cash to properly run your establishment.
Ok, enough ranting.
Other than that, the Berry Blast was pretty good. It was a 350-​calories good (but thats what the workout was for!) ;) It was $ 4.50 for my 24oz smoothie (there were some as much as $ 6.00!)
