i love workout anytime – i had previously joined when i lived more in north nashville, but then i met this silly boy and we got married, so i moved out to mt. juliet(he already owned his home here). not knowing when the mt. juliet location would open, i cancelled my membership, and began paying way too much for the Y. i was ecstatic to see this location finally open! you must understand: yes, these are small, but i’ve never, at any location, been unable to use what ever cardio machine i wanted. there are no fitness classes offered, but they do the occasional bootcamp for extra(you’ll get emails about it once you join). i’d rather pay $ 15 a month for the basics then 60+ a month for a larger place/meat markets, and where the fitness classes are always too full anyway. there are locker rooms with showers, and the premium membership included unlimited tanning(go easy please, melanoma is no joke) and use of the hydro-massage beds(they rock!). also, you can bring guests with you whenever you want(unlike the Y where you can’t and have to pay ridiculous day rates for the guest…). and 24⁄7 means that, holidays, middle of the night on holidays, etc. you enter with a secure scanner at the door during after hours(after 9), and there are cameras inside, so you’re pretty safe if you prefer to workout late, or on holidays when it’s completely empty. it’s easy to cancel too when you want, they don’t do the used car salesman thing and stall you canceling, they oblige humbly, and that’s it. :) i’ll bump this up to 5 stars when they put in a water/healthy snack vending machine… sometimes i forget my water :/
