Natural Way Chiropractic of Mount Vernon

Dr. Tom is the BEST. I was skeptical of chiropractic services prior to my first visit, but his office was recommended by a co-​worker. All of the pre-​exams (prior to the first adjustment) was a bit tedious, but I’m now a couple of months in to treatment and I haven’t had an issue with any of my previous ailments since. The first couple of adjustments were painful, however I was assured it was a normal process and it all made sense.
I especially enjoy how flexible they are. Often times my schedule changes and I can call in day of and change the time of my adjustment with ease. Cassandra, Danae and now Raven are all very helpful and pleasant, and the always remember their patients by name. It’s a little touch that not many businesses practice anymore. They take the time to develop a good rapport with their patients and their hospitality goes a long way.
Overall, I’m incredibly pleased with my experience with Natural Way and Dr. Tom. I was recently seen by Dr. Jon as well, and that experience was also lovely. I will recommend Natural Way to just about anyone seeking an alternative treatment to their back and overall health issues.

«Dr.» Tom is incompetent, his staff (excluding Cassandra) is rude and money hungry, the adjustment was very painful afterwards, Tom failed to prove the legitimacy of his profession, and the office put a tremendous amount of pressure on me to lock into a treatment plan and payment plan even before my first adjustment. My experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for chiropractic «treatment» on the whole.
