Comcast Service Center

The customer service at this place is a joke. I called concerning a business invoice and was transferred at least four times and then reached a roadblock. Spoke with a very playful boy… yes boy named «Q». He seemed to find it amusing that I was not happy for being transferred 4 times and then he asked me for a ‘pin’ which he called it something else that was not the word ‘pin’ (he knew I didn’t know what this was). He was amused, laughing, snickering on the phone and repeatedly apologizing but really wasn’t sincere at all. He told me I could not get the copy of the invoice until I gave him the pin that I did not have. Mind you, I had to sign up for one on the first go round before being transferred the next three times. Apparently it will be mailed to me within 5 to 8 days. Now I don’t have a bill (they have received payment already) and I cannot do my job for a simple two page document??? This is absurd. I am looking another cable company. Comcast don’t deserve any money and this boy obviously don’t need a job acting disrespectful and nonchalant. No matter what have needed if it was residential or business, I have not received proper and courteous customer service from Comcast. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere unless you want to be humiliated, tormented and belittled. From the looks of this page, no one else is happy either. Get it together Comcast! You suck!
I called back and received exceptional customer service from «Michael». He did not give me a hard time and emailed me the simple invoice. It took about 45 minutes in total for me to get the invoice. Who you hire to work for you is who you are.

NIGHTMARE! Always stuck with this crappy company with NO customer service. If you like to wait on line for 40 minutes or longer to get a foreign person that you cant understand and cant resolve issues and if you like being promised something and the tech service guy shows up outside the 2 hour window they promise you and SURPRISE get your bill and realize they charge you additional $ 59 for hookup fees even though they tell you differently then go ahead and be their slave to this horrible lack of service company. Even the manager when they do speak to you still does not make any effort to rectify unsatisfied customers. Watch out, for hidden fees!!!
Go with Dish or Direct TV and ATT offers great internet options. Stay away from Comcast, in all of 6 years I am finally free from this terrible company that constantly raises rates each year!
also, if you go into the comcast local store outlet be prepared for always standing in a very long line!

This review really isn’t about Comcast the company, because everyone knows they’re the devil, but more this office specifically. Surprisingly, I’ve had pretty decent experiences here. Much better service than over the phone. I’ve found that arguing in person can really get money knocked off your bill. I know some people say they just call every so often and get their bill lowered but that’s BS. I never make any progress with them unless I head down to Houston Northcutt and make a stink.
The lines can be hell so be careful. You really never know but try to go when you have plenty of time to leave and come back later if there’s people lined up to the door. My last trip in, I needed to switch out an HD DVR with a bad HDMI port. There was only one person in front of me and when it was my turn, the girl didn’t give me any grief about it and immediately went a got me a new (refurbished) box.
I asked if there were any specials that could lower my price and she said I was on the lowest plan available to me. I then asked if she could give me something for free (this isn’t strange by the way, they do this shit all the time). She thought she could give me $ 3 off my cable box fee. Not a big deal but money is money. Turns out when she looked, she could give me my DVR for free for 6 months. I’ll take it! I have to say it was actually a good experience.
