Starbucks

I really like this location because it is between several of my destinations. However, the lines can be very slow and long, no matter the time. Also, it closes down earlier than other places so that’s sad. BUT the people here are amazing! I always enjoy coming here and seeing their smiles. I miss one of the girls that was the happiest of all — maybe she relocated.
Anyway, aside from the long lines, the inside is always kept clean and you can tell this team really meshes well. I did think it was a little odd that I waited so long and didn’t get any type of compensation for how long it took. Everyone was sitting or more than ten minutes! And my drink was super simple and wasn’t even ready yet. Maybe lack of workers Sunday morning? Hm. not sure. Either way, I will continue to come to this location but I hope they can get better about quickness.

I am not intending to to complain about the service here, and I am not angry at all, just giving feedback to places like this and my experience with them. I would hope that all businesses at some rate would get back to having a passion to serve others, it’s fallen so far off over the passed years. The transaction was pretty quick, granted no one else was in line, but no post greeting, and the gingerbread latte I purchased tasted like sweet potatoes. I guess my point is this, as workers you should make it your goal to make those you serve feel like they must come back a second time, and sooner rather than later. Challenge yourselves everyday in different ways so you don’t look like it’s burdensome to serve. I don’t know if I’d come back to this location. Hopeful blessings

A big thing for me is convenience, I love things that are close to home and that’s exactly what this place is! I love it! Since it’s in the parking lot of QFC there is always plenty of parking as well so when I want to come in and use my laptop and get some quiet time or meet a friends for a cup of coffee. Its always possible too! It’s just like any Starbucks, the Baristas are always very kind and the coffee is always good! The drinks are also made in a reasonable amount of time even in the drive through. Yes, it does take longer but it’s Starbucks people, not McDonald’s! I would rather wait a few minutes longer to get a quality drink. Great location with quality drinks and friendly baristas! Thank you for the consistently quality service!

I’m somewhat conflicted about this Starbucks location. On the one hand, the interior is really cozy: it’s all comfy sofas, high ceilings, even a skylight. I absolutely love the way the place looks.
As far as the drinks go, when they’ve gotten mine right (iced coffee, unsweetened, light ice with three inches of heavy cream) it’s been delightful. Unlike some of the other stores, their iced coffee is brewed perfectly: not bitter, not weak, not too strong. Just the way I like it. And yet, they have yet to make my drink right the first time. Not even once.
Today I went in and ordered two of my «usuals» (the aforementioned iced coffee drink), and as usual, they messed up my drinks, this time by putting 3 Equals in each one. I walked back into the store and asked for my drinks to be remade. The barista I spoke to apologized, and I said, «That’s okay. That’s what the free drink cards are for, right?» She actually responded, «Well, I think those are mostly for people who leave and come back.» I didn’t push the issue – she obviously didn’t want to give out free drink cards, and it’s not the end of the world.
A little bit later I went to another Starbucks and told them what happened. According to the barista at this store, free drink cards are supposed to be offered in exactly the situation I found myself in. Needless to say, she comped me my drink, and all’s well in the world again.

I have ordered through the drive up 5 times and not once have they ever gotten my order correct, I mean not once and I only order a mocha. Twice I have had to drive back and get a new drink, the other 3 times I did not have the time. Then these people want 15 bucks a hour, they aren’t worth 2 cents a hour. NEVER AGAIN WELL I EVER GO THERE!!!

I drive thru here a couple times a week. Service is very consistent — fast, friendly and good. Even when the drive thru line is long, it goes quick.
Inside is a larger seating area and a nice selection of merchandise.
They have a couple of tables outside on the shared patio with Papa John’s.
A great neighborhood location.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. They are always efficient and friendly every time I’ve gone. There is girl there that makes my drink perfectly every time! I am such a fan plus its pretty close to me so very convenient.

This newish Starbucks is conveniently located in Cedar Plaza on my way to work in the morning. The place is like a magnet, it is hard for me to pass by without stopping in (mmmh Mocha Frappuccino)!
This one has also has a drive-​thru for when you’re in a hurry! On average, you might have to wait a few minutes because it can get busy. On the other hand, the baristas have always been cheerful and warm (even in the mornings) and very quick to get my order to me. Since it is of the free-​standing variety, they also have an extensive selection of snacks, bakery and breakfast items, (much more than the Starbucks stands you find in grocery stores– like the QFC next door, oddly enough). They also have a nice sitting area with Wi-​Fi inside, if you prefer to sit down.
Starbucks coffee on average is good, but a tad on the pricy side– even for something simple. At least you know it is going to be consistent and of good quality no matter which one you go to.

Service is always good. but the drinks arent like they used to be. Consistency used to be the key at Starbucks. Its not the case anymore.

I go to this Starbucks every day. I always order the same two drinks and they only get it right 60% of the time. They definitely have their ups and downs. It really depends on who is working. I keep going for the convenience and the few baristas that make my day.

Not exactly the «legendary» service Starbucks strives for, but competent and occasionally friendly baristas do well enough to at least not dissuade you from returning. It’s nice to have the drive thru, but if you do go in, the lobby always seems clean but they do have some of the less comfortable SBUX furniture).
All in all, I wouldn’t go out of my way to come to this location or avoid it, and being that it’s Starbucks, you don’t have to; plenty more where that came from.

This location is close to my house and I can ride my bike to meet friends for coffee.
