Specialties
We teach cheesemaking classes designed for home cheesemakers in Seattle, Bellingham, Olympia, Gig Harbor, and anywhere else in the state of Washington. Most classes are three hours. As of now we offer classes in soft cheese making (seven different soft cheeses) and hard cheeses (like Cheddar and Gouda). In 2015 we will add a bloomy rind cheese (e.g. Camembert, Brie) class.

We have taught over 1000 Washingtonians the art and science of cheesemaking.
Meet the Business Owner
Mark S.
Business Owner
Mark has been a prolific home cheese maker for six years. He studied cheese making at the Center for Dairy Research in Madison, Wisconsin, where he took an intensive Cheese Making Technology Short Course. He has also learned cheese making in less formal settings from Gianaclis Caldwell and Pav Cherny.
