Aurelio has been well known in the auto/​truck/​bus repair, wheelchair lift repair, and bus interior modification industry by paratransit, limousine, and shuttle bus owners in the area. His skill in fabricating what is needed to fill the requirements has never wavered. He is both knowledgeable and resourceful and always eager to take on the next project.

Last Thursday, I had the misfortune of having my ramp not deploy. No deployment, no driving anywhere. Unfortunately, there are only two repair shops within 50 miles of my house in West Seattle that I can take my van for repair. One repair shop is in Everett on Hwy 99, and one in Sumner. My dealings with the Everett shop were disappointing, so I had to take my van to Sumner.
Ironically, I mention to a friend about my car troubles. He says he’d heard from another disabled friend that a a new disabled van repair shop had opened on Hwy 99 in Montlake Terrace. A disabled repair shop within an hour of my house? I definitely want to see how this repair shop will handle my repair needs. I call A & M Mobility Services onFriday for an appointment. I get an appointment on Monday. Mike Palmer, the owner, manager and customer service rep, greets me at my car, takes the details and gets my key to the head mechanic Aurelio. In about an hour Aurelio diagnoses the issue as a broken drive belt. The part had to be ordered but I was able to return the next day. Forty five minutes later my ramp was fixed, and deploying on command. The price for repairs are a bit less then the standard rate, but the friendly treatment, quick diagnoses and quick repair leave me very satisfied.
The shop is at a new site, with a few needs missing including a sandwich board sign so customers don’t miss the shop and the lot stills needs disabled parking slots. Otherwise I’m a very pleased customer and plan to return if I have another conversion kit related problem. Thanks Mike and Aurelio!
